It’s a nice place to stay. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable. I recommend this place for travelers.

All average, toilet and room same no closed also high price try Ramada is cheaper than this some time, also 200usd deposit or 1000 Hong Kong dollar, I don't what's inside 200usd. I'm not recommended. Thank you

It’s very worst hotel very bad staff they have provided room without lock it’s very unsafe for women it’s very unsafe.even no water. You can see very dirty room.i booked for my client she afraid and very bad experience.she keep her luggage on door if somebody enter can wake up immediately she can’t sleep whole night she was feeling unsafe.

For one night stay it’s not an issue , suggest go by car to the entrance of the hotel if you are a heart patient because if you walk from the main road from downstairs then you have to climb one small slope which is very trouble to climb with your luggage.

The fact you have the word ‘Hotel’ in your title in an insult to all the other hotels in the area. You are clearly a doss house / guest house, vertical motel at best. Any hotel would be able to provide basic essentials like bottles of water in each guest room, and a cake of soap 🧼 for the shower - you failed to provide either. Then you used the “there’s a new policy where we can’t provide shampoo and soap in the bathroom to guest”, but you are “welcome to purchase a pack from the reception for $20HKD”. What the actual **** is this rort!! I had to purchase my own soap from the Big Circle mart to clean myself. I get the shampoo and conditioner but a small square cake of soap 🧼 is a basic bathroom essential. The AC rattled and hummed all night and the bed felt like freshly poured concrete that go harder as you slept on it. The pillow wasn’t supportive and there is no noise insulation you can hear everything in the corridors. I don’t care how cheap the room is, judging by the sleazy Kowloon area I guess that’s why you slugged me a hefty bond because most of your clients are drunk businessmen looking ********** and good times. You don’t provide soap, but here, have all the ******* you need Johnny!! ************* the night! I will send you a Polaroid picture of myself, so you can look at it knowing you will never EVER see my face in your crappy hotel again. I recommend two options; providing basic essentials to guests to avoid my reviews like this; or sell the building, Knock it down and build better self contained apartments that can be hired. Doesn’t matter if it’s more expensive- people pay more not to sleep in a coffin sized guest room. Won’t be back - guaranteed.
