Misled by your Clem who called me just before departure at KLIA that I can be transferred to a better grade of hotel at no additional cost than the Hakkas Guesthouse that I had booked earlier which had become unavailable due to a fire in Jordan. After accepting Clem’s offer, I called up the hotel to say I would be arriving after midnight and they said no problem. When I arrived I was told my double room is occupied and was forced to accept a single room with no towel. The following day I had a heated discussion with a ****gish staff who refused initially to give me the double room I booked. I stood my ground until he relented and I got a double room with no soap. Neither rooms had cups either. Upon checking my bank statement after coming back, I noticed an extra RM100+ charge for staying in this hotel! This is the first time I am using this app and it has given me a very bad impression.

Mukhang Bodega buti na lang hindi maamoy at may bintana para tanaw ang labas. Hindi siya worth it at hindi gumagana ang TV. Shampoo lang at tissue ang bini*** at isang towel. Hindi rin secured ang pintuan anytime pwedeng buksan ng staff dahil sira ang lock sa loob at kailangan pang mag tawag kung may kailangan dahil walang tao sa front desk. Mas maganda pa ibang place sa chungking kesa dito.

This has been a horrible experience. First, when I arrived at 3 pm, the guy at the reception said they there was a problem with the room and that it's not ready! He said I should return at six pm, but he offered to store my luggage. When I got back at around 7:30 pm, he told me to wait, made a few calls and sent me to the 7 floor, to completely another guesthouse, Paylessi or something like that! The "room" that I got was nothing like the ones in the pictures, it was more like a toilet with bed. The toilet bowl's been obviously leaking for a while and the entire room was beyond humid, moist. So much so that the clothes in my closed suitcase were wet after being in the room for a couple of hours. There were things under the bed and it looked like a storage room. As it was the New Year's Eve, I didn't want to argue, I just went out and I wasn't even planing on sleeping that night. However, I got back at 5 am and I wanted to sleep for at least an hour but it was impossible because of the humidity, after 10 minutes, I would start coughing, so I left the room. I checked on the trip, they were still renting out rooms for that day, even though they obviously overbooked it. I understand that people need to budget, but this is not an acceptable option for anyone who has any kind of standard or dignity. Generally, those guys in Chung King seem to be working together and they just want to scam you "my brother"/"my friend". Needless to say, I'm never coming back again, and it is so much better to choose a location that is a bit more remote (HKG is really well connected), anything but this. P. S. The story about the elevator is also true - waited for 10 minutes always during the day,because there's only one small elevator for several huge floors.

ก่อนเปิดห้องคนเปิดห้องเขี่ยรองเท้าแตะใช้แล้วของใครไม่รู้ออกจากห้อง ห้องเล็กและกลิ่นค่อนข้างแย่ ในห้องน้ำมีทิชชู่ที่เปียกแฉะแขวนไว้ให้ ตอนแรกไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ต้องไปขอมาถึงจะมามีให้ ผ้าห่มมีแมลงนอนเสียชีวิตอยู่และเลือดเป็นสีดำติดกับผ้าห่ม ใต้เตียงเหมือนมีของเก็บไว้เหมือนห้องเก็บของ การบริการค่อนข้างแย่เพราะถามว่าล็อคประตูยังไง ก็ขึ้นเสียงใส่ เลยรีบเช็คเอ้าออกตั้งแต่ 4 ทุ่มเพราะรับไม่ได้แต่ละอย่าง

體驗一下重慶大廈的話可以，女孩子就不建議來了

最滿意的一個酒店服務衞生都很棒最棒的要屬送的小包包了特別適合拍照用特別應景也很喜歡小陽台就是天有些涼不然現在輪到説説酒店的早餐了平常出門起的比較晚從來沒吃過即使訂的是含早的這次在評論裏看到都説酒店早餐特別棒有一百多種特意訂鬧鐘起來吃的真的很多樣味道也好吃，酒店房間的地方很寬闊同時熱水也比較大，洗澡的時候比較舒適，另外酒店裡麪的電視也採用的是高清的液晶電視，晚上睡不着的時候可以享受跟私人影院一樣的視覺效果。
