not recommended legs of bed hurt my leg; corridors too tight & such legs should be protected blocked shower tray terrace room with a terrace and no seaview beyond no toothbrush no one picks up service calls and so we can’t get any toothbrushes noisy central air con that cannot be turned off i was planning to listen to the sound of the ocean but ended up sleeping in a mechanical plant room front desk made a mistake with the deposit pool was not open and guests were not notified the pool chair was poorly designed that the whole chair rocked backwards with my head hitting the floor a genuine disaster and what a waste of the wonderful location i should call to ask for a refund

The carpet all the way along the corridor to our guest room on UG was seriously dirty and had an unpleasant foul smell. Fortunately, the smell didn't go into the quest room. We are told that water leakage was found during the last typhoon Ragasa 23 September 25. I was disappointed that the hotel staff didn't inform us the issue in advance by email or what's app or phone. Also, they didn't mention it during our check-in 10pm late in the evening. That's why we couldn't change the hotel in that moment. Room condition is nice with good hot shower but the interior decor is getting aged and dirty. We enjoyed the precious moment at Roof top swimming pool. Water is clean with panoramic Pak Sha Wan seaview. Breakfast at Brick Lane is lovely and services is above satisfactory.

The hotel room has very nice sea view and quite spacious. The facilities in the room are rather basic and the room condition has deteriorated quite a lot since my last visit a few years ago when it was new. The breakfast is ok but the beverage is a bit not up to my expectation ( all juices, milk, coffee and tea are self service and coffee is not hot enough). The swimming pool has nice view but a bit cold.

This is the worst check-in service I have ever experienced among all the hotels I have stayed in. During check-in and check-out, they were still confirming my personal details and discovered discrepancies in the registration form. While I was checking in, the front desk staff were chit chatting among themselves One lady, in particular, kept talking about how hectic that day was, and I found out that she had given my original room to another guest during their conversation. After discovering the mistake, they showed no guilt and did not apologize. Instead, they discussed the mistakes she made. I was also shocked by their use of foul language, which I found extremely unprofessional. Throughout the process, I did not intervene in their conversation, and it took over 20 minutes for me to check in. It felt like they randomly assigned a room to me at the end. I understand the hotel isn’t a top-tier one, but I still cannot accept the conversation among the staff, the confusion, and the mix-up of guest information. When checking out, I was simply told that the staff were young & new, and that was it. Overall, this was a very poor experience. On the contrary, breakfast was good. The service attitude of the staff is commendable. She was friendly and willing to help.

A fabulous view and the breakfast though simple, is yummy. The rooftop area is a lovely photo-taking paradise.
