This is the worst check-in service I have ever experienced among all the hotels I have stayed in. During check-in and check-out, they were still confirming my personal details and discovered discrepancies in the registration form. While I was checking in, the front desk staff were chit chatting among themselves One lady, in particular, kept talking about how hectic that day was, and I found out that she had given my original room to another guest during their conversation. After discovering the mistake, they showed no guilt and did not apologize. Instead, they discussed the mistakes she made. I was also shocked by their use of foul language, which I found extremely unprofessional. Throughout the process, I did not intervene in their conversation, and it took over 20 minutes for me to check in. It felt like they randomly assigned a room to me at the end. I understand the hotel isn’t a top-tier one, but I still cannot accept the conversation among the staff, the confusion, and the mix-up of guest information. When checking out, I was simply told that the staff were young & new, and that was it. Overall, this was a very poor experience. On the contrary, breakfast was good. The service attitude of the staff is commendable. She was friendly and willing to help.
