iclub Mong Kok Hotel

It’s 10min walk to Mong Kok MTR station. It’s also a short 5-10min to a MTR Fare Saver machine where you can tap your octopus card to get 2HKD off your next MTR journey within the same day. Can search for “MTR Fare Saver” on google map. There’s free coffee and orange juice and plain bread with jam/butter provided at Ground Floor lobby in the morning. Not much amenities provided in the room, except toothbrush & toothpaste, bedroom slippers, bottled water. Our electric kettle wasn’t working and fridge was not cold, but we didn’t bother to feedback to the hotel. If you need to store luggage with hotel after check out, take note that you can only store till 6pm.

Never stay in this hotel, you will definitely regret it. The staff is indifferent and cannot provide any service. ไม่เคยพักที่โรงแรมนี้เลย จะต้องเสียใจอย่างแน่นอน พนักงานไม่มีความเอาใจใส่และไม่สามารถให้บริการใดๆ ได้ このホテルには絶対に泊まらないでください。絶対に後悔します。スタッフは無関心で、何のサービスも提供できません。 절대로 이 호텔에 묵으시면 후회하실 겁니다..직원이 너무 불친절하고 서비스가 별로 없습니다. 不建議入住，不要中伏🙄前台服務員態度冷淡，愛理不理，房間有很多**係地下未能整潔，廁所可以說**遍地令人嘔心🤮🤢，床單令人痕癢，隔音亦非常差😕整晚不能入睡，令人驚訝的是酒店沒有提供冰塊，回覆一句我哋冇就了事，要求延遲退房亦不可以，要十一點準時退房，沒有再下次入住的機會，硬件不完善，員工態度冷漠不友善，希望大家真係唔好揀呢間入住

I did not see Restaurant in.Hotel. second Floor was in construction littel noice because of street and door nebers. Help and support was good from hotel.

Blood on the wall of washing room. The desk is not clean. Waiting too long for check-in. The AC is 26 Celsius degree which is way too cold and can't be adjusted.

Room was very small. Couldn’t really move or do anything in there. Bathroom didn’t smell good. Hong Kong staff notorious for being unfriendly and this hotel was exact same. The only nice thing about this hotel was the Gym/Outdoor terrace area where you can nice and chill.

真的大救命，人生是開了眼界，可以理解香港酒店房間小，但無法理解這叫三床房？把單人床地下的木板拿出來鋪上墊子和枕頭就是一張床，而且晚上睡覺一直滑來滑去！

在香港這個價位的酒店不算很好，但是也不至於逼床單都不換的吧？？或者説是我理解錯了，本來就是幾天一換？？反正掀開被子就是這麼個情況。。。。

從入住開始説，下午三點到酒店，前台幾個就坐着慢慢辦入住，一個個臭着個臉，最後還告知沒房要等，晚上回來才拿到房卡，房間看着還蠻乾淨但睡一覺身上咬好多包，床單幾天沒換，因為入住當天床單有個血漬，接下來幾天都在，最後退房寄存着去吃個午飯回來，找前台要我找行李員，停車場找半天沒有，看到自己行李準備取，過來一個保安用粵語罵人説我不該自己拿，總之不會住第二次了

友情提示，入住此酒店的客人，注意安全，6月13號凌晨1點40，房間被敲了3次，輕敲一聲，然後隔會兒又敲，重複3次。後半夜，我基本沒有睡。早上退房要求前台查監控，酒店方自己查的，告知我是客房服務走錯房間了。監控我沒看到，酒店前台怎麼説都都可以，試問客房服務會這樣敲門？有門鈴不能按？而且，酒店安全自身本來不足，電梯寫着刷房卡才能按樓層，然而，我沒刷依然能上。事後跟攜程投訴，攜程處理態度很好，很積極，但是酒店方的態度也很差，我要求的監控視頻就是不給。想想半夜在境外，連報警電話都不知道打多少，後半夜怎麼睡，入住體驗差到極致！
