房間還是又大又不錯的，服務響應快，酒店在商場裏。旺角東地鐵口很近，就在商場裏，另一個太子地鐵口走800多米吧。酒店樓下的敏華冰廳不錯。下次來香港還是會選擇入住，希望平常也能配備自助早餐吧

Had a bad check in encounter with front desk Aaron, he did not seem to show hospitality. No smile nor any faint of coolness. I did not take it seriously but this has given me a bad impression.
Hotel amenities are superb with all the gym facilities, swimming pool and it's shower area. Had tried the sauna and did a steam bath too.
Hotel rooms are spacious and neat! There is a daily room cleaning and replacement of towels. No bottled water but they have filtered water faucet provided on each rooms.
Location wise, it is accessible thru the Moko Mall and can be walked if you take either Mongkok or Mongkok East MTR.

房間大小在香港來説已經算大的了，入住辦理很快，退房自己操作也很方便。酒店下面就是大的購物中心，早餐麼可以在商場買肯德基，付款寶微信都可以用；還有地鐵，簡直不要太方便。酒店服務也很好，雖然中間發生了兩件不愉快的事情，但是酒店的大堂經理很快就幫我們解決了，真的是非常感謝！而且最最主要的，他還親自送蛋糕和巧克力到房間。下次去香港還會選擇這一家酒店，主要是地理位置，房間都非常滿意。P S：還有那個户外泳池也挺不錯哦！強烈推薦呢

旺角東站出口就進入酒店商場一體的大樓，非常方便，樓內購物餐飲全都有，四層還有湊湊火鍋，步行到波鞋街，旺角也很方便。兩站地鐵到維多利亞港，總之很方便了，酒店還有泳池按摩池，香港難得的1.5米雙床也很Nice。

出入非常方便 樓下旺角東站地鐵還有巴士總站 下樓就是moko新世紀商場 逛吃自由。通過商場G層走到外面人行天橋 可以直通洗衣街、花園街、弼街、波鞋街、旺角地鐵站…小吃好多，還有好幾個網紅餐廳。暑假人流還是比較多的 酒店每天進出客人很多 酒店工作人員還是挺親切的 特別是行李員的那個師傅 每次我出門或者回來 門口遇到的每個師傅都帶着笑容問好 幫忙打車服務很好，非常感謝！下次和家人來還會選擇這裏的

超愛這家酒店，性價比之王的親子酒店。非常方便，樓下就有地鐵站，可以直接坐到羅湖或者落馬洲。酒店和綜合體商場連在一起，還有DFS，後面出去就是旺角花園街。一站式解決所有需求，還有免費的小童樂園，小朋友們玩的非常開心。最關鍵的是酒店非常大，雙人床可以睡四人！一家四口出門非常方便！一點也不擁擠。

I have been arriving at the hotel around 5 p.m., and my first impression is bad because I've lined up in the queue, but when it's my queue, I walk to the check-in counter, and the hotel's staff, whose name is Niki, tell me to return to the queue again without any reason. Then another guy called me to check in. During the check-in process, he talked to another staff member all the time, and until finished, he did not give any information about the hotel's facilities or my room.
I stay at the family suite, and the hotel's room is alright; it is clean and comfortable. There is no drink bottle, but you can use an empty bottle to fill with filtered water in the bathroom. The hotel is in a large department store (Moko), so you can find everything in that place. There is an MTR train station (East Mongkok) In this department store, so it is very convenient to travel in Hong Kong.

服務很好，離地鐵站很近，從旺角東D口出，右拐就是酒店，和新世界廣場連通，直接就能進去逛街吃飯。
定的親子雙床房，每張都是1.5米，特別適合人多的家庭入住。商場三層還有免費的小童遊樂場，特別適合孩子玩。
去之前的各種擔心，去後都化解了

The most greedy hotel I ever stayed. Checked in at close to 12 pm and front desk said room is not ready and please come back at 3 pm for the room key. However she added immediately, if I pay HKD 300 on the spot, I can check in immediately as the same room type is available. How greedy can this hotel be?? Instead of building goodwill when time are bad, tourists are little, this hotel choose to take advantage of the customers. Hotel is telling customers that I have the room but I am not giving you early check in until I get paid?? So all goodwill for this hotel are loss and goodbye this greedy hotel.
