Chose this hotel specifically because they have a smart toilet which is not usual in HK Hotels :)

It is our second time staying here! We just love how convenient the location is and how big their Smart TV is in the room. You can simply connect your Netflix/ Youtube account and chill!
The only Con would be the stain marks on the carpets again. Hope the hotel would really do something about it.

Really recommended!
Location was superb! Many foods restaurants can be choice within walking distance.
All staffs were polite and also helpful.
We will definitely come back again next Hong Kong trip.

The location of this hotel is very convenient near to MTR Tsim Sa Tsui and many exit of East Tsim Sa Tsui, 1- 2 stops to Mongkok,Jordan or Central.
Staff was very accommodating
Room superp , Especially Automatic Japanese toilet.
Will definitely be back.

The room was very nice. Very functional. Staff also helpful and warm welcome. I love the amenities. I love the style of decoration. Room is spacious. Bed, Pillow and Blanket were superb.

The hotel nice and cosy. The location is superb! However if you have sensitive sleep, you might have a trouble during to poor sound isolation. The personnel is helpful, but some staff may give you attitude (a girl who was processing our check in was talking to me and my mainland Chinese friend quite arrogantly , that shocked me, but that was only one person).

Room is modern. Bed is comfortable. Water pressure is good. Room size is moderate and have enough space to open suitcase. Love the automatic toilet. The only thing needs to be improved is the carpet. There are a lot of dark stains on the carpet all over the room. It looks dirty and we feel uncomfortable to walk on the carpet without slippers.

Not so good first impressions - greeted with cigarette smell lingering in the room, dirty carpet with stains (photo of the carpet is jus for one section, much more black stains around the room was found) and dusty shelving.
Feedback to the front desk that the room seems to be a smoking room. Front desk said that all rooms were non smoking and there must be something wrong with the room which they would sent somebody to check. We went out and still returned to a smoky smelling room which we didn’t pursue further, accepted the situation.
Other than above, the room was a comfortable size, good toilet amenities, large tv, comfortable bed and it’s location was definitely super. Would have given a 5 stars and agree it’s a good hotel if not for the above. Hopefully it was jus this room.
Oh yes, it you are a light sleeper, do stay away from rooms by the lift, the lift mechanism running could be heard when sleeping.
