Was a great stay in Hong Kong, the service is really good so is the gym, I think the seating area in the breakfast zone needs revamping for the rest I would highly recommend it!

This hotel is perfect, located in the center of Hongkong, nearby easily u can find everything including shopping mall and restaurants. Room also very big size and comfortable, breakfast amazing also.

The check-in process took too long for my liking. However, attending staff were polite and kind. The room was lovely, and the bed and shower were fantastic. The lack of a sauna or steam room in an hotel of this expense was disappointing. I did try to cancel my stay in advance after learning this, but I was unable too. The location is OK. It is central to TST and the station is right underneath the hotel. However there are better shopping locations and bars in HK, so I wouldn't pay again to stay here. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay - but it will be our only stay here.

It was my second stay at the hotel. I was offered an umbrella when I checked in. It was a great help with or without the pouring rain because I twisted my bad ankle on my way out of the airport and the umbrella proved to be a great walking stick :)
