It was a pleasant stay and everything was straightforward. The view from my room was the sunrise which was a great way to start fhe day.

The hotel’s guest room was very good given that the price was wonderful for a prime location (Causeway Bay) in HK. The MTR station was not too far away from the hotel. The front desk staff members were quite friendly. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean.

Front desk agents try their best to seem nice but not really accommodating. This hotel is just really great for its location, and the room is pretty decent for the price. Service is ok, don't expect too much.
