Winland 800 hotel may be too busy for the tourist so the front office staffs are too many new comer with out manage! I think hotel should do training for the new staff! Because the update room price is not like before. The room price already increase too much but the service was going dow

Wifi was very very slow. No floor mats in room. Bathroom toilet flush not working. Very unhygienic .. Room cleaning was not upto mark even though we requested. No extra towel or napkins Rain water comes into the room. Lidt goes on and on. Zero Good Facilities. Very Disappointed. Trip.com should not have such hotels to disappoint their good customers.

Our room the bathroom sink was leaking, there was mould all around it and on the unit. The shower was mouldy and everything looked dirty. Bedroom walls had mould on them. Our clothes were damp. Rain comes in the front door. The lights weren’t working at the front door. If you wanted to use the gym or the pool you had to pay extra to use them! Food at hotel wasn’t great either. Tea/coffee facilities- was a kettle and two dirty plastic cups! Really disappointed. I spoke to Peter who was the manager but he doesn’t care about customers or hotel. Most of staff were unhelpful! Definitely wouldn’t stay there again !

Nice view in front of Hong Kong harbour . Make sure to confirm the breakfast coupon for 2 person prior not to have problem during breakfast time.
