Only the cleaning is a bit worse, others are fine. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Great location for transportation like tram and Bus.

Great location... no comments on service as didn't need any. The space is great but the furniture is just a little bit worn out. Overall still worth recommending for the price and strategic location.

This hotel is clean n tidy but a little bit old.the staff is polite .however,it’s not near to the mtr station.u need to wAlk for about 8/10mins.totally,it’s good to stay

The location is just off a busy area and so it is rather quiet at night. In the neighbourhood, there are many small shops catering towards your daily needs and the Wanchai market is always handy.
There are few amenities in the hotel so it is just purely for accomodation needs. The premier room is of odd shape but the fittings are more than adequate including a microwave oven and a solid kettle. The shower is strong and there is plenty of space.
All in, the stay was more than pleasant with the tram lines just opposite and the MRT station less than 500 metres away

the front desk service is quite helpful and friendly.
the complementary breakfast room was too small and the choices of breakfast were very limited.

Average hotel but location is really good, convenient to the convenience store and the tram and 5 mins walk to the MTR. Things you need in a hotel is basically all there. But there are mosquitoes in the room, towels by the bed is dirty and can be seen clearly, room phone doesn’t work, plugs is a bit too little and and door lock seems a bit old (can’t lock properly).
