Terrible cleanliness. Found an open condom on the toiletries holder in the shower, and there was no proper apology or rectification from the hotel management (although the housekeeping lady whom we called to the room to clean it was quite apologetic about it).
The bed made my skin quite itchy and the room in general was quite small.

A quite good hotel in a very convenient location of the city, yet the services are very bad, from the guards in the entrance of the hotel to the front desk staffers. First, the main entrance for cars is very different from the main entrance for visitors arriving via public transit. Second, the guards treats the visitors arriving via public transit very rudely: forbidding them from using the main gate which is clearly connected with the hotel lobby; giving them impolite direction guides, etc. Third, front desk staffers are rude…

The hotel location is very convenient, and the room is kinda new. However, I was a bit disappointed upon check-in because the toilet didn't flush upon arrival. It felt a bit unsanitary. Additionally, the front desk staff was cold.

Grand style
Convenient, just a few mins away from the MTR
Facilities are quite new and decent

EVERYTHING BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!! Couldnt understand why this hotel did get 5 star reviews overall lol. The staffs even fold my clothes for me, how nice they are 💓. Near lots of local restaurant, market, suitable for travellers who want to explore the real HK. Highly recommend staying here

Location is walking distance to MTR as described. We booked 2 rooms, and was upgraded with connecting room. Room are clean , however the queen bed room, bed was not stable with ‘cracking’ sound when shifting my body. There is also a mini microwave in one of the room. Overall experienced still good with the price.

Location is good, convenient to take MTR or bus, easy to get food. Staff were approachable and helpful. In general, it was a nice stay.
