This is just my own opinion .
1. Room was very very small (maybe is Hong Kong, not sure on that)
2. Check in took awhile .. I had 3 rooms and the total check in time was about 20-25 minutes ..
3. Bedsheets of the bed were not changed (stains everywhere and the carpet of the floor was really dirty
4. Location Wise was really good as is near the MTR .
5. Reception is on level 5 so you have to go up to check in .
6. Staff were alright
7. Pay about 400 SGD for 3 days 2 nights .. you guys can decide if is worth
8. Will not recommend due to the room and toilet being really small .
9. The aircon makes really loud noises so if you have kids along with you then it might be abit challenging.
10 . Heard that their suite is really big but have not tried nor see it so you guys can be the judge of that .

Stuffy room with roaring weak AC. Hallways, lifts and lobby are dirty. This is basically a hostel with some "urban" labels on the walls.

The hotel is located in great location, only 3 minutes walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The room is very clean. The staffs are very friendly.

Overall, I think this hotel is good. It's a bit small for more than one person, but it does the job. I'll be staying there again.
