Joanne was a very friendly staff. Love the location at the middle of the mountain. Nice view of the CBD and garden area.

I chose this place as the last stop in hongkong. Tbh it is just the location that attracts me… the quality of the service DiD not impress me at all(I just say it in a polite way).

Nice room, hotel is in mid levels, in weekdays have shuttle to central, free of charge. Nice rooms, big and clean, happy to stay for 3-4 days

very nice hotel, very clean room and facilities in general. excellent location for HK island. The breakfast is actually pretty bad, and the staff at breakfast did not really impress for their friendliness (understatement).
Regardless, I would go back there, no problem

Great view from the room. Hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast is a small buffet plus an order of one item - we liked the breakfast. The hotel is a 15 minute walk down the hill to the MTR station. Recommended and will stay again!

Check in was smooth, we took a trolley, went to the reception, got instructions and pair of keys and, then, successfully checked into the room.
The kitchen is well equipped, it has all needed utensils for cooking.
The room (and restaurant, by the way) view was beautiful.
We like our stay here.

The hotel is undergoing construction which spoils the view. Breakfast is weird, you can only select one thing for breakfast which makes it not worth it. Its not buffer which i'd expect from a hotel charging so much. The staff are nice and the hotel room was clean.This is my second time staying due to its easy walk into central.
