Disappointing customer experience due to lack of service orientation (breakfast was not delivered to room as agreed) and old fashioned processes (no touchless payments as their paying machine is outdated, checkout they check like in mainland whether the guest stole something (resulting in a lengthy checkout process) in spite of collecting a deposit etc. A pity because facilities/rooms surprisingly modern and nice!

Had a comfortable and relaxing stay here! Front desk receptionist was so nice and let me check in an hour early. The room was very clean and fragrant. Breakfast (two pastries and a drink) is delivered as room service at a time that works best for you. Just remember to bring toiletries as it is not provided. Altogether excellent service.

The room is small but it’s tidy and well maintained. Service is exceptional. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. Complimentary breakfast delivered to room. Well recommended for short stay.
