Dobry personel. Czysty pokój. I miła atmosfera i spokój.
Tyle że zapomnieli o butelce wody w pokoju? Ale ponieważ zostałem tylko na 1 noc, nie narzekałem. Upewnij się, że następnym razem sprawdź.

Świetna cena za wartość. Czysty i nowoczesny pokój. Lokalizacja nieco niewygodna, ponieważ w pobliżu hotelu nie ma nic.
Trzeba trochę poczekać przy odprawie.

I extended my stay due to the comfortable stay and also the convenience of this hotel. Love the shuttle bus which runs promptly according to its timetable. Will return for another stay in the future.

Booked a room with double bed and was told that if we want double bed we have to choose wheelchair accessible room, the bathroom is big and takes up half of the room size, as a trade off, the bedroom is as small as peanut. bathroom has a seat for wheelchair person and WAS MOULDED. My god.
Was here to celebrate wedding anniversary with my wife, emailed in advance and asked for complimentary deco (expecting at least a towel folded elephant or flower or something and a small card?). NON! NOTHING! didn’t even get a wish from the front desk…
Breakfast was bad, crowded and food was sucks. Add on price was HKD 98, but I prebook online got charged HKD 150 compare to a room rate without break (per person). DO NOT ADD BREAKFAST, go eat at any Bistro you get better food.
Hotel is a bit of distance from MTR, free bus only takes you to the nearby mall, if you want to go Disneyland, you might as well walk to Tai Wo Hau MTR.
TBH, I surgery and Holiday Inn Express Kowloon CBD was the same price with breakfast, bigger room and closer to MTR. Chosen Dorsett because I thought this hotel is better. Regret 100%. Ruin my trip.

Really satisfied with the stay at this hotel. only disappointed is the swimming pool is closed during my period of stay until July 2024 reopen, which is really not expected n never been informed from their website. Otherwise the trip will be fantastic

Walking distance to the nearest mrt in kwai hing and kwai kwong mall. Staffs are helpful and housekeeping is doing very good job in making our rooms clean. Daily cleaning for the toilet! Worth the staying if you are heading to disneyland or lantau island

Cleanliness: toilet bowl have very thick dirty stains
Location: at industrial area not very convenient to look for eatery but they did provide shuttle services send you nearby shopping malls and MTR station and Airport express bus station is 300m away from hotel
Services: So so
Amenities: they did not provide water bottles in room but they did prepare water dispenser at corridor

Had a comfortable stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan. There’s a 7/11 convenience nearby and 10 minute to walk to Tai Wo Hau mtr station. Just a slight feedback on cleanliness when we arrived on our suite room (glass rim have markings of dried sediments, toilet bowl not cleaned properly, incomplete amenities as we booked for 3 adults, only prepared 2 sets, carpet w/ dust clumbs) though I didn’t took a photo since it’s not necessary coz the service of staff was good & they are smoke-free hotel & supports sustainability. Would suggest to have an available 24hr room service for guests who would require food in the middle of the night.
This hotel is highly recommended for any type of travellers. Would stay at this hotel on our next visit to Hong Kong.
