Location was perfect. My biggest issues were there was only 1 elevator and the food was simply okay. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful. I would only stay there because of the convenience of everything

The only problem I had was breakfast was supposed to be served at 6am per the check-in brief but it was not ready or setup and that was a major selling point over cheaper/convenient hotels. Unfortunately I was on a tight timeline so that significantly affected my plans.

Dislike: The location wasn’t ideal due to traffic and having to make a U-Turn at a light to get there and pulling out the lot took time due to the amount of traffic.

Great hotel! Newly renovated! Traveling for a cheer competition and just needed a place to sleep for the night. This place exceeded all expectations

Breakfast wasn't good. First room TV picture kept freezing and shower did not drain properly. Front desk allowed room change, however that room has dead bugs(spider)near balcony door. Room changed for third time-TV worked and bug free.

Paid for the room with a card, when they went to put a security deposit on the same card they said it was denied. I paid for the
hotel room PLUS dinner within the last hour. Apparently they don’t know how to run a card
