Our experience during the stay was extremely unpleasant with respect to the following points - 1. Starting with the location of the hotel, it is certainly not pleasing to have a hospital with sick patients below the hotel. No aesthetics at all. 2. Cleanliness of the room and the washroom was totally subpar with cobwebs around the walls of the room. 3. The condition of the bed was pathetic with the foam and the wire all out. 4. The room initially allotted to us did not have a functioning AC and we had to do back and forth to get our room changed. 5. Room service is not upto the mark. Very delayed/no response. 6. When told to change the room, we did not find any change of the sheets. Instead the old bedsheets were re-put. We also found objectionable items in the room when we returned. Overall, very poor maintenance and service. Would not recommend at all. Also note - The photographs posted online could be deceiving. The rooms are not one bit close to what is shown online. So, kindly refrain from taking a call based on the photographs available online.
