I’ve stayed at a lot of La Quantia’s this one was by far the worst, the elevator got stuck like 4 times while we were there we were in it once, we arrived a little early they didn’t have any towels so that’s ok but 3 hours after checkin there still were none in the pool area, went to the car to grab something couldn’t get back in the side door because the thing to slide the card was just not there, and breakfast was decent the first day but our 2nd day it was horrible gravy was like water and there was less stuff out and some of the staff was horrible as well

The bed was rock hard. The guy at the desk wasn't there. We waiting almost 30mina for him to be there. This was at 7pm.

TV didn’t work, but at least they gave us a credit. Room was supposed to have a jetted tub, but did not. Thin walls and floors allowed sound to travel easily including a couple fighting that woke us up. Way over priced for a dated facility.

The hotel rooms are very old and outdated. The furnitures are worn out. Carpet was dirty. The hallway and the room was smelly. Very unsatisfied with the stay.

We were flooded out of are room . Had to move out at 10:00 Pm to a different room . Staff was very helpful to move to a new room.

My stay was good. There wasn’t any breakfast when I went down to eat. The elevator was also down and I had to be moved to a different hotel that the manager made arrangements for. I will stay again. The stay was phenomenal and the service was really good. Overall we had a great experience.

this hotel was fine/adequate. the parking and entrance from the main road was weird/tight. and the area around the hotel was not spacious nor was it green. the hotel was located in a very tight space with lots of concrete.
inside, the hotel was ok. it appeared like they were updating the interior, but the new carpet was already bunching and rippled (not laying flat and not stretched properly); it looked like it was poorly installed.
the room was also ok. we stayed in a larger deluxe mini-suite. there was an area of carpet/tile in the room around the sink by the refrigerator that was frayed and the moulding transition was splintered and actually quite sharp (and was rather unsafe).
the door fit very loosely into the door jamb and, while when locked, it was secure, was not at all tight. also, a lot of light came in through the door jamb into the room at night...allowing a lot of light into the room when trying to sleep.
the tv worked nicely and the channel selection was great. also, a huge plus...the shower was WONDERFUL! the tub/shower surround was a little discolored, but it was clean. the room, in general was very clean, so we were happy about that.
overall, not the best la quinta we stayed at, but it worked for us. if we came through hot springs again, we might look at other properties, but we would not rule this one out either. the price was attractive.

My room was not properly cleaned. The floors had obviously not been swept for quite some time all around both beds. There was a lot of food crumbs, various hair/fuzz, and sticky spots all around each bed, especially the foot of the beds. This was easily visible upon entering the room.
