I booked two double rooms with views. The rooms are clean and tidy and large in size. The mattresses and bedding are very comfortable, and the shampoo and shower gel are of good quality. There is a public writing and office area on each floor. There are many succulents grown by the boss on the roof terrace. It is surrounded by quiet farmland. Downstairs is a country road full of wild flowers. The air is fresh and sweet.
It’s a plus to have air conditioning in the room. Many nearby B&Bs do not have air conditioning in their rooms because of the unique climate conditions of Fuxian Lake.
The breakfast was also satisfactory. I hope to stay a few more days next time I have the chance.
A little suggestion: It would be perfect if there is a public washing machine.

The hotel is in the Vanke Fuxian Lake Resort. The front desk and the room are separate. They have electric frequency cars that can be delivered to the room from the front desk. Let me talk about the advantages and disadvantages of the room:
Advantages: 1. The room is large and comfortable for two people;

The hotel is located in an upscale community. I booked a family room, which is equivalent to a two-bedroom apar**ent with a large living room, a master bedroom and a second bedroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The suite has two bathrooms and the community environment is relatively quiet. The overall feeling is good. I will stay here again next time I come to Fuxian Lake.

The second picture was taken from the balcony of the room. It is very beautiful. The front desk service was great. My child's slippers got wet and a pair was delivered within five minutes of calling. The young lady at the B&B helped us turn on the air conditioner in advance and helped with the luggage. When I first arrived, I was hungry and cooked the brown sugar ginger water to go cold. Compared with the hotel and homestay group on the east side of Fuxian Lake, the environment is more pure and natural.
Service: After check-in, the front desk butler will add enterprise WeChat, and you can ask her if you have anything.
Facilities: Very new, the homestay opened in the second half of 2023. There is a public account. The art decoration inside can be scanned to find details! Our room type has Marshall speakers.

The view is really nice, specially when the sun goes down.
After arriving we really want see the rooftop with the pool first, because the pictures looked amazing. But the pool was empty, the rooftop dirty and trash was in the corner.
The room design was nice, but need some fresh paint. Nobody checked the room before we checked in. The windows are dirty, some lights doesn’t work also.
The open balcony with the bathtub was the highlight. We had a nice warm bath with 0 degrees outside temperature and an amazing sunset.
The restaurant was a little disappointing. Because, there is no restaurant. They only provide a little breakfast.
So you definitely need a car. The hotel is in the middle of the mountain. No bus or shuttle was here to go to another restaurant. There is also no car or bike center.
The owner and the team was really nice. He offered us his car for sightseeing. They also immediately repaired the broken lights. But the housekeeper just went into the room without checking if anyone is in the room.
So after all, it was ok. But the hotel really need a refreshment and a makeover.
