Hygiene: Looks quite clean. But after lifting the quilt, there were hairs and gray hairs on the sheets. Later, I asked to change the bed to a room that was much smaller than the original room. I checked in at 10:30 and didn't settle down until midnight.
Environment: The hotel is located in the downtown area of the wholesale market. The external environment is dirty and crowded, and the road is narrow and curved and it is inconvenient for vehicles to enter and exit. The location of the parking lot was far from easy to find. I walked around twice and asked the waiter twice before I found it. The hotel environment is fully intelligent. Friends who love to play novelty can experience it, but it is inconvenient in actual use. For example, at night you have to turn on your mobile phone to illuminate the functions of the electronic keys. The room was also too small and I couldn't turn around in the bathroom. The sink is very small and water splashes everywhere. There is no outlet for the hot water kettle on the table, so it needs to be placed on the bedside table for use. Too few sockets! ! ! The paper towels in the paper box were all soaked during use and could not be used at all.

This is definitely the best hotel in the area that offers the most value, and I’ve stayed in more expensive ones.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. All smiles, and the atmosphere is just happy.
The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the market and food street, and a Mac Donald’s very close by. There is even a swimming pool, KTV, and pool tables right next door.
They have a fridge. Yes, for this price they have a fridge. They have a nice small gym and a laundry room for your clothes.
The rooms are clean and well decorated. The beds and pillow are super comfy. Each bed has a soft and a hard pillow. Amazing for those with neck pain.
The hotel is big, clean, with lots of walking room and socializing areas, a bar, and even a coffee counter for the caffeine *******.
If you smoke (I don’t) there are even some smoking rooms.
If you’re in that area, that’s where you should stay.

We had to catch an early morning train. And this Hotel was not too far from the High speed train station. The staff at the hotel were especially helpful and went out of their way to help me. I am aftaid I do not remember her name as I would like to recommend her.

VVipin Seth Xie WeipingMost of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge.
I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited.
The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

This is a perfect place for disconnecting and enjoying nature while being in the city.

GGregI was a regular guest here before covid when the hotel was managed by Pullman. At that time the hotel was busy and was in need of a renovation. This was my first stay at the property in about 4 years and I was pleasantly surprised to see the upgrade to the hotel. Pullman no longer manages it but the rooms are redone and nicer and the breakfast area is upgraded.
Good location to bar street with many good restaurants and easily accessible to Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.

DDuayun OgidiWhere to begin? The location of the hotel is very convenient and the building is beautiful. The staff of this hotel is the best of any hotel I've stayed in, in china! The bellhop ( Ethan) that greeted me and helped me with my bags was highly professional. The check in process was quick and the gentleman spoke English so it made the process very easy for me. I celebrated my birthday this past weekend at the hotel and the staff was so kind to leave a delicious cheesecake and card.
, personally signed by the staff for me in my room. I will be coming back here when I visit again.

AAnonymous UserThe hardware is of good quality and the environment is new. However, the issue lies with the receptionist who lacks experience and is unaware of the hotel's offerings. When I requested a baby bed, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide one, but it turned out that the room already had a baby bed. Additionally, I clearly indicated that I needed a non-smoking room, and the hotel confirmed via email that they had arranged one for us. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the room was in the smoking level (level 12) , which was quite disappointing. Despite the hotel having a considerable number of designated non-smoking areas, the staff failed to inquire about guests' smoking preferences. Consequently, many people were smoking in the non-smoking areas. While the hotel's hardware and facilities are impressive and new, the staff's lack of training and professionalism is evident. But the location is nearby the train station .

SSego Innocent MokgothuRebecca and Naomi gave us excellent customer service at the front desk. Helped with taxis, COVID-19 tests, and overall everything and anything about the resort and hotel.
We enjoyed our stay here because of the service this hotel gave us. “Foreigners” friendly and staff do speak English for visitors convenience.
We enjoyed the big swimming pool. Swimming pool was and is family, couples, adults and children-friendly. Plenty of lifeguards around to assist and take care of swimmers. A few floaters and volleyball space to enjoy in the pool.
Great hotel and a stone throw away from the city centre and buzzing nightlife clubs and pubs. Between 10-15 mins drive.

Room was spacious and everything worked - maybe the ac once was not working (but it was resolved). Staff cleaned room everyday (unless asked not to do so). Very satisfied.
