The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

The location and service are excellent, and the place is well-maintained with a pleasant breakfast spread. However, the air conditioning is fixed at 28 to 29 degrees Celsius, emitting warm air, and it cannot be adjusted. Despite partially opening the window, it doesn't effectively address the need for colder air, which may be bothersome for those who prefer a cooler environment for sleeping. Despite this air conditioning issue, it's still a worthwhile place to consider overall.

Mr. Gao, the concierge, helped deliver luggage to the room, and a robot delivered food to the room. The room is comfortable and very satisfying. The dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor is very tasty. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, and the waiters will not be in a hurry to collect food and rush customers as soon as the meal is served.

Was only here for a couple of nights as I needed to go to the entry/exit place nearby. For what I needed it was great, however if you’re here to get to town and do the tourist stuff in Hangzhou, I’d recommend staying closer to town etc.
the hotel was immaculately clean. Most staff spoke no English and had to use a handheld translation device. Breakfast was adequate. Chef reluctant to cook fresh eggs when there’s a bowl of overcooked cold fried eggs on display. Coffee was ok. Would like to think that staff should know of nearby restaurants, pubs etc. they really didn’t help when I asked to go to a pub.

The hotel is inside the East Railway station, below the rail lines. Very convenient to use metro and high speed trains. Slightly hard to find initially. It's at the West Square end. You will see 7-eleven on the left. On the opposite end are many food shops. Go past 7-eleven along a lonely, long corridor, about 200m and past the doors at the end, you will see Quantum Inn. The room looks new, simple but tastefully furnished. Facilities include a table with chair, kettle, 2 mugs, bed with full linen and 2 side tables, open shelf with 4 clothes hangers, air Cond, toiletries, towels etc. Daily room service with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water. Air Cond, flush, water pressure and shower temperature good. Separate toilet and shower. Lacking free coffee/tea sachet in room, floor towel/mat for keeping feet dry after taking a shower, and hooks in toilet and shower to hang your clothes. Also, put more visible signage outside, near 7-eleven to guide guests. Chinese style buffet breakfast is simple but adequate.

GGuest UserLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

HHui QiHotel location and services by staff were great. Particularly like that there is a laundry room in the hotel equipped with two washing machines and a dryer. Hotel staff also help to keep your laundry if you can't afford to wait for clothes to dry up. Breakfast options at the hotel was a good spread and restaurant staff was friendly, helpful and thoughtful providing suggestions where we can go and also packed some food for our trip for the day.

MMG LeeThis hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Highly recommended.

TTanHKThe hotel is located near public transport, the entrance of the MRT station and bus stop are in front of the hotel. We went to the hotel by MRT directly from the airport. The underground MRT has convenient store and many restaurants. We go to all the popular tourist spots and shopping mall using the public bus. There is a big shopping mall opposite the main road, there are many restaurants and convenient store, all within the walking distance from the hotel. The air conditional system is functioning well, the temperature setting is very accurate. The reception area of this hotel is one of the best, it is like a small library.

YYellow叶美It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

HHuxuliminThe first time I went to Lin'an to stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel, I went to this brand. I thought it would not be bad, but the actual experience effect was not satisfactory.
1. The 2 staff in the hotel lobby are kind and enthusiastic. They take the initiative to ask for gentle and courteous to meet the needs of customers, but the other is to have a tough face. I want to ask for 2 more bottles of water. I inform 5 yuan a bottle. Generally, other hotels will give this aspect.
A certain learning family is taking the initiative to give and we stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights. The room card was made for 1 night, resulting in the next day when we entered the elevator, we could not swipe the card and then go to the front desk to make the card.
