Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with variety. Location is good. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. 20’ walk to a shopping mall. 30’ walk to night market. Less than 10’ walk to Hotan museum. Big and clean room. Good value.
Weird thing is they provide shuttle from/to airport but not to railway station.

酒店在博物館對面，門口就有公交站，交通出行特別方便。
房間較大，可現場升級房型，早餐還不錯，關鍵是酒店離和田夜市（老夜市）衹有800米，吃喝無憂。

我訂的是行政套房，衹有一張大床，上面文字寫得清清楚楚可以免費加床的，我要求加，想要下床讓孩子在廳裏自己睡，前台美女卻説不能加，雖然她説可以換三人房，但是沒有格局不爽了，搞得兒子睡沙發，半夜怕他睡不好，又把他抱回大床一起擠，請問酒店誠信哪裡去了？
我早上訂259元，晚上前台辦理時，叫我查價格，一看掉價到236元，雖知市場價格時時在浮動，但是變得也太快了吧？搞得消費者的小心靈一波三折的

早餐全是四樣素菜，沒有一點肉，續住的房間，阿姨中午噹噹噹的敲門，説要打掃衞生把人吵醒，讓她下午打掃，就沒打掃房間，真服了這個服務態度，行政套房空間挺大

酒店環境衞生不錯!交通便利！服務熱情周到！尤其是兩位前台漂亮小姐姐態度温柔親切，給人回家的感覺！保安工作服務熱情禮貌待人!下回再來和田首選文華酒店!

第一次來和田感覺自己沒有選錯酒店，酒店環境很好，地理位置也很不錯離博物館衹有400多米，前台小姐姐人美服務也好點贊
