Beautiful lobby area with bar and plenty of comfortable seating. Food was yummy and well worth the price. Love the color yellow! Bed was very cozy! room was very well cleaned to my liking. Staff is what really has me coming back, they are wonderful & so sweet. Hotel is located close to the Hatton cross tube station which was so convenient for me to get to places. About 2-3 minutes to the airport by cab. Really impressed with this hotel. Overall, this is a great hotel & I would stay here again.

I stayed here for my quarantine. Luckily I got this hotel. After reviewing the reviews of others who have stayed at other hotels, I was concerned about the mandatory quarantine. i'll tell ya. The food is very good, well-packaged,sent with disposable kitchen utensils. Spacious room Very clean and comfortable bed. WiFi connection is fairly fast; I can connect to my Zoom conferences; You can watch Netflix and watch games live on TV. Sure, everyone is using a lot of WiFi. But for me it was a fast WiFi connection.

Stayed here for my quarantine, didn't get to have the full hotel experience but as a quarantine hotel, they were excellent. The room was clean and customer service was very responsive. They would let me go out to exercise in the courtyard as when I needed to. Since it's near the hotel, it is perfect for plain spotting - and you don't even hear the planes fly by when you're in the room. Brilliant sound proofing.

I would say this is one of the best stays in London for a great price. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Book a room with the view to Heathrow airport runway if you want to be amazed!

The website is still live but its impossible to book any dates for the next 12 months. There is no explanation or information. I have stayed there many times but feel really let down. Its right under the flight path at the airport and terminal 4 is around 2km. I understand via other sources it has been let out to the homeoffice. I doubt very much it will open again.

Really dissatisfied having had this hotel booked for months was just contacted by email to say it had been cancelled. I’ve been left trying to find alternative accommodation at short notice. When I contacted them to ask why they had done this they said a party had wanted to stay longer. Just think it’s really poor practice.

We booked a stay at this hotel months ago, they have cancelled our stay leaving us to find accomodation at late notice. Very poor. We are very disappointed ☹️ We had planned the rest of our itinerary & now have to change plans.

Loved my stay here at Atrium on my short visit to London. Hotel is fairly new and very well maintained. Front office team to the room service was excellent & very polite. Hotel is known for plane spotters paradise because if you can book yourself a room with the view to Heathrow Airport runaway your in for an amazing experience. Hotel is walking distance away to a tube station and from there you can easily get to Central London or other locations. Food is great value for money. You should also check out their pool and the gym.

Terrible food, rooms are cold, room service not available, nothing in fridge, no dressing gown & slippers, no tea or coffee in room & no fruit, but I am now British, thank you British tax payers you are all very kind
