Przybyłem solo na wyjazd służbowy, ale zdecydowanie widzę, że w przyszłości ponownie odwiedzę moje dzieci, aby mieć wiele wspomnień. Najlepsze doświadczenie Premier Inn, piękny i pomocny w recepcji, a pokój miał wszystko, czego mogłem sobie życzyć. Pomyślałem, że zafunduję sobie kolację w restauracji / barze i to było niesamowite! Prowadzili bardzo ciasny statek z tylko 1 szefem kuchni i 1 kierownikiem + 1 serwerem, ale robili wszystko, aby pomieścić każdego klienta. Czapki z głów Zespół.

W hotelu miał miejsce incydent w środku nocy o 4 nad ranem, kiedy pijany mężczyzna w bieliźnie walił w nasze drzwi tak mocno, że wstrząsnęło to moją żoną, a ona drżała nawet po tym, jak oceniłem sytuację. Była naprawdę przerażona i nie zasnęła ponownie. Wciąż walczyła, by sobie poradzić, ponieważ walenie było tak głośne, a mężczyzna w bieliźnie na zewnątrz sprawiał, że było to przerażające. Zastanawiam się, jak bezpieczny jest hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel more than 20 times and eaten in restaurant more than six. Always been a good experience. Ordered starters, very nice. I finished wife still eating. My starter plate taken away main course brought whilst wife still eating starter. Excellent pie tepid chips. No vegetables advertised with. Waiter said they had run out. Finished meals bill presented instantly, waiter waiting with card machine. Didn't feel welcome at all. Not your finest hour guys

The forks spoons and knives were dirty and so were the menus. I like the TV's size I think that you need to speed up the food it took 1 whole hour to get to our table. I am not happy with the cleanliness of the whole hotel

Our third stay at this property and as on our previous visits, no issues. We like the location, it is easy to drive to, no problems with parking and a short walk to the nearby underground station, local shops and attractions. The room was as you would expect from PI, clean and quiet. I will definitely return the next time I need an overnight stay in London.

Raja on reception is great! Had a few issues finding my booking but it didn't feel like a stress at all. Brilliant customer service, really patient, couldn't do enough to help, wonderful welcoming personality. A credit to the Premier Inn Chiswick team

room was ok, shower poor, cooked breakfast was mixed- bacon very undercooked, awful view out of window into a business complex corridor that looks half finished. Worst aspect was access to hotel if you are not driving, you have to walk under a major road junction via the subway which after dark didn't feel at all safe. Won't stay here again because of that.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. All the staff are great but mirko stands out Mirko is a legend. Really freindly guy and always open to conversation and a laugh. Always helps with any issues we have. There is a few of us who have been staying here for over a year and every week Mirko has been here. He is a proper nice guy.

Stayed in this hotel while we went to tour London. I found the rooms were clean, mattress was very comfortable and service was great. Sammy was absolutely brilliant with us and answered all our questions and made sure we were well looked after.
