Relatively speaking, the location is convenient, there is a supermarket just right downstairs and main shopping area is just 2 minutes away by walking. Staff at this hotel are super friendly and informative. Tube station is 8 minutes away by walking. Superb!!

Great stay. Easy to find and convenient location. Short walk from the closest underground station. Very small room but clean with good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast simple but satisfying - loved the auto-Nutella dispenser.

The hotel is situated very conveniently within a 10 minute walk to Hounslow Central Underground so very convenient for Heathrow Airport.The hotel offers budget accommodation so no frills but the rooms are small but clean and comfortable no tea or coffee making facilities but next to a Tesco Express which you can get Costa Express and any essentials.The hotel offers a continental breakfast which Is normally £8.95 but mine was included with the room rate of £41 for a night.The hotel is situated near the town centre with plenty of eateries around so for the price,the location,and the convenience of the airport its well worth it.The reception staff very friendly and welcoming overall excellent service would definitely recommend and stay again when I need to be near the airport

Good location just next to the underground station. If you need to take the early flight in Heathrow, it’s good to stay here. Price is okay, room is clean, staff are friendly as usual.

Service was great, from check in to check out, but was disappointed with the hotel. Poor condition in need of desperate upgrades and repairs. Nothing was provided in the room. It looked more like a empty room. No coffee, pay extra 2 pound, but had free tea. Breakfast was poor for the price, not worth the extras, just get it at the local eateries. Location was not to bad, train line is a short walk and bus across the road, very convenient.
Would not stay again, service was great but not enough to change my mind, sorry.

The location is quite good and convenience. It is located nearby the stop of Hounslow central of underground line.
There are several supermarket, e.g Iceland nearby, given the Tesco Express just at the ground floor of the hotel while open till 23:00, it is good enough to live for short trip.
