酒店的位置很方便，坐車直接到休斯敦博物館，但是在休斯敦，晚上出去還是得注意安全，酒店的服務非常好，前台和餐廳的服務員都非常熱情

Conveniently located near House of Blues and Toyota center. It’s definitely an older hotel with charm. The room was comfortable but their room service / meal prices were high for the category hotel.

Updated rooms with a great shower and comfy bed. Modern styling and close to the metro, it was perfect for my needs this trip.

This hotel is very nice and would definitely stay again! The areas felt safe and there are some restaurants within walking distance. He stayed here for a concert at the Toyota center and the walk wasn’t bad at all! The valet was great too.

This hotel is not worth the price I paid for my stay. The location is not great at all. The staffs were very respectful and friendly.

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are designed very well. The hotel is a short distance from the Toyota Center.

Everyone here was amazing! Helpful, friendly and especially knowledgeable. The facility and the rooms were beautiful. It was a great stay. Thank You all so much!

First night we get there around 12am we were super excited walking into the building and the front desk was a lady with curly hair that was super rude and felt like we weren’t welcomed (night staff). Had to change rooms 3x due to going back in up because room wasn’t what we booked for. She was unapologetic and couldn’t care less about our room situation. She made it seem like it was our fault we weren’t getting the correct room. Next morning we talked to the supervisor she was super nice helped us get into the right room. Everyone else in the hotel staff is amazing super kind and they make some really delicious breakfast highly recommend.
