The service was friendly and very helpful. Requests for extra bedding and towels were met almost immediately. A complimentary continental breakfast would have added to our stay as we were to be at the hospital by 7am. A $20 breakfast buffet was available but who had time?

Not a good check-in experience. The room i reserved wasn't ready at check-in time. After 15 minutes of the agent being on the phone be finally downgraded me

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Many of the guests are enduring life changing experiences due to the hotel's proximity to the major hospitals in Houston. Everyone makes you feel at home and are very caring. The GM and DOS are amazing and were in the lobby greeting guests when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hostess at the restaurant is wonderful. She greeted us every morning and made us feel part of her family. I highly recommend this hotel!

I traveled to Houston to spend time with a friend whose husband was receding treatment in the hospital. The staff at this hotel are top notch, I was helping my friend get her things shipped home because she would be traveling back on a medical flight. Brianna helped us secure her a room close to mine so I could move her belongings. The front desk helped me with securing boxes for packing even sending maintenance up to the room to help measure items. The rooms were super nice, comfy beds, and by far the most caring staff. I wish I could go higher than 5, this hotel and staff are a 10 plus.

They upgraded me to a suite due to small children trying to open the adjoining room door when I was asleep and were very loud. Multiple complaints from other guests came thru from another room so they apologized and put me in an amazing room. Staff was amazing.

The suite was nice and spacious but……. There was aloud thumping sound that woke us up throughout the night. The electricity went off in 1/2 the suite and didn’t get fixed for 2 days. Coffee was not replaced in the rooms and towels were not delivered when asked. We don’t blame the cleaning staff as we are sure they are understaffed. All they did was re-make the bed. We won’t be staying here again.
