Overall a nice enough place with comfortable bed but the noise coming through the walls and ceilings keep me from sleeping. I would not stay here again because of that.

The staff is not knowledgeable , poor trained. I booked with free breakfast and they charged me $50 at the time of check out for breakfast , I contacted the manager Jacobo and he answered the first email saying he will look into the issue , one week after I sent him a follow up email and I was totally ignore. I have the reservation receipt where the free breakfast is written … there is no excuse ,

It was so nice and clean!
Super close to Hobby, and they offer a first come first serve shuttle every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. The bed was really comfortable, the space was ample, and Check in was so easy. We ordered door dash for convenience, and really had a chance to relax. Would absolutely recommend and will stay again!

Property is nice. Area is convenient to airport with a shuttle. Area around hotel not to good. Dirty and in poor condition. There are restaurants that shuttle will take you to.

Stayed here overnight over a cancelled flight. It was fine for a impromptu one night stay. The hallways smelled a little funky and our room had a different cushion on the couch that didn’t match. Positives include proximity to the airport, price, and a 24 hour shuttle.

There was no water for showers, sink etc during my stay. It was terrible and management has not called me back after several calls.

The beds were horrible. The most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. Barely slept. No free coffee in the morning. Would not stay at a courtyard again. Also stains on the carpet.
