Hotel was nice but was extremely disappointed when we found there was no hot water. After the kids took a chilly swim, they looked forward to warming up with a warm shower. Waited for the water to get warm for 20+ minutes and it never did. It was too late to let the front desk know since they were so cold and wet, they jumped in quickly and got it over with. After a long day at the softball fields, I was really looking forward to relaxing with a hot shower.

We stayed 3 nights. Room 709: first night - no power for microwave and coffee machine. Second and third nights - no power on nightstand side. Very inconvenient stay!

Well there wasn't a lot of people when I check in but the place is clean and the staff was helpful and a lot of good walkable locations around

the "accessible" rooms were not safe to shower in, we had a fall in the tub due to lack of grip on the surface of the shower/bath combo. A walk in would have been better, but at least put no slip traction to prevent this from happening.

We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was great and quiet. If we need to come back to the area, we will stay here again.

Second time to stay here. Very convenient to good restaurants and MDA-West. On-site restaurant is good if you just don’t want to go out. Only complaints would be the water pressure and the pillows being too soft, but we’ll just plan to take longer showers and bring our own pillows from now on. Staff was friendly and I love that they include complimentary water bottles in the room.
