The towels had holes in them, the door jams and shower racks had rust, the toilet was abominable, the bathroom door's wood was chipped halfway up the door, the hallway stank. It's a NEVER AGAIN, for me.

My room had bedbugs I was accommodated by the manager and given a refund but I could not enjoy my birthday trip because I have to keep looking for the bugs in my next room.

Never have I had such a bad experience at a Hyatt but this one is in poor conditions, room was not the cleanest, sheets were so worn out, shower was dirty and shower head needs replacing and somehow they ran out of water so late night I had to go out and drive to nearest gas station to get a bottle of water.

Stayed for 5 days first bed was filthy second room did not have an operating locks on the door and no one came to service my room for the rest of the stay. Shower had mildew and what looked like mold. Highly disappointed

We were there for the CFP National Championship game in Houston. Price was right and the staff was very accomodating. Our TV went out the first night and after they couldn't fix it, they moved us to another room.
