The hotel is absolutely disgusting and the people who run it are scammers and racist as hell! Do NOT waste your time calling or spending your money here!! If I could seriously leave less than 1 star I would. This needs to be inspected and SHUT DOWN!

they didnt let me stay in hotel. claimed that they didnt find my reservation. i want a full refund. intried getting ahold of your customers service but they also couldn’t find my reservation.

They said the were over book and had cancel my reservation but I never receive a call or email I arrived at the hotel at midnight with my family expecting to rest only to find out they had cancel my reservation due to being over book. How disappointed and upset I was and I still have not receive my refund
