HORRIBLE from start to finish. ZERO customer service. Nearly impossible to gain access to the suite, the parking, or checking out/leaving key fob. Unit was sp****ly equipped, almost no items in kitchen, no trash bags, smelled like ****, yucky clientele. Rented 4 large units here last week (fall 2022) and none of us had a good experience. RUINED what would've otherwise been a great weekend as we tried to gain access to the units, lock the units, return key fob, park in the garage, use the elevators. Have never had such a poor lodging experience. We never complain but this place was HORRRRRRRIBLE
