The price is average, more than 600 one night, the room is generally like, the location is OK, go to the city center is very close, there seems to be nothing to eat around. The location is relatively remote, there is no convenience or shopping malls around, it is to the city center.

I have stayed at this IHG hotel (staybridge) countless times in the past and have never encountered this problem. I am only writing it because I always get a survey from this hotel chain after a stay and this was only time in hundreds of stays I didn’t. It is that bad. The room has a kitchen. I had groceries in fridge and am always clean after eating and keeping and disposing trash. After a meal on a Wednesday night in Feb, I saw a small roach run across counter. Then saw 3 more enter in from under door. As I left room to go Down to front desk to inform them, I saw countless numbers of them running along trim on ground down the hall. I informed front desk. The attendant gave me and co-worker (who also had roaches in his room on same floor , 3rd) little roach motels to put in our room. Was also said they would inform management and get rooms and floor exterminated. Needless to say, last 2 days in hotel, showed more little ((German, looked them up)) roaches coming out of drain in sink. Also not a peep from management. **if those bugs were on 3rd floor, they are on all floors. It is sad I didn’t hear a word from anyone in management. I had to take extra precautions I didn’t bring any of the roaches home. **** the night attendant (clerk) did write down complaint. Seems to be a failure of management. Seems to be the trend in IHG hotels. This hotel needs fumigated.

I stayed in a different hotel for half a month from California to Texas. This is the worst one. The bedding looks like chemical fiber, and the pillows have all kinds of taste! !! !! We have already given bad reviews on yelp, we must tell everyone not to come! !! !! However, the service of a younger brother at the front desk was very good. The baby's milk was gone. There was no milk in the merchandise department. The younger brother gave away breakfast milk in particular! So the service gives 5 points! !!

This hotel has recently opened in the area and has the brand new feel to it. The rooms feel and are very clean. The beds and furniture are in new condition and very comfortable. The rooms are fairly spacious and have a large flatscreen TV mounted to the wall that easily pulls out and adjusts to any direction of the room. The bathrooms are spacious, bright, new and modern. The water temperature and pressure are very good. My only issue with the room and, this is nitpicking, is that the toilet is a small standard circular shaped toilet. I traveled extensively and it is my experience that most hotels have a spherical, larger shaped toilet. So if you are a plus size/bigger person I would keep that in mind. The towels and sheets are new and clean. The on-site complementary breakfast for this price point of hotel was very good. The coffee was surprisingly fresh and the food was pretty good. They do offer a very long period for breakfast which I thought was very nice especially if you are not traveling on business. Monday through Friday the breakfast stops at 9:30 AM and during the weekends, it goes until 10 AM. The staff at this hotel is very nice and super friendly. If you are an IHG member, they will definitely acknowledge that and accommodate all privileges according to your status, if available. The business center has two brand new computers, and a laser printer that were functional the entire time that we stayed. There are some reviews that complain about noise due to the fact it is located next to two major highways beltway 8 and IH-10. However, the hotel is pretty far back away from the highway that I could not hear a thing. Our room was located in the front of the building, facing the highway and had no problems hearing any external noise. Bottom line would highly recommend this hotel to business travelers and to vacationers as well. This is one of the best Holiday Inn, Express hotels, and other hotels at this level/price point we have ever stayed.

The rest of the hotel is very good, that is, the front desk of the hotel helps to call the taxi and the driver is too disgusting. We come from the airport for only 45 knives, go to the airport front desk and tell me 90, hard to see the driver after the arrival. I only gave the kickback. I didn’t have a local mobile phone on my temporary business trip, and I couldn’t call Uber. I could only let him kill him.

I took a good memory during business trip with this hotel. I am willing to use this hotel again next time.

Because of the corona virus crisis there are big restrictions in this hotel too, but it is still very good and clean. Friendly and helpful emergency personnel make a positive contribution.

Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Tiffany S. and Tiffany R. were so helpful and friendly it made me feel right at home. I couldn’t say better things about these two ladies. I travel for work and the check in process can be very stressful but they made it a pleasure. Will be staying here again thanks to them.
