Nice small guest house, extremely clean and comfortable. Great breakfasts. The owner even made us coffee for our early departure at 6.30am. The guest house has recently installed solar panels which meant it was not effected by the country wide blackouts.

Beach House is conveniently located to the south of Cape Town, great for exploring Cape Point, Chapman's Peak, Llandudno, etc.

We had such a lovely stay. The place so clean and well kept. The lady Silvia went out of her way to make us feel comfortable after our horrible experience at another B&B in houtbay. She made our day even more special. We will definitely go back for a longer stay.

Staying at The Beach House in Hout Bay feels like staying in the perfect beach home you never had. I am sitting writing this review currently sitting in the lounge with a fresh pot of filter coffee and a muffin from the lovely ladies in the kitchen whilst looking out over the private courtyard and pool. I stayed upstairs in an en-suite looking over the dunes and directly onto the beach in a king sized bed. The hotel is put together with the perfect combination of comfort and luxury, of casual beach feel and style, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Wir haben circa ein halbes Jahr vor Anreise gebucht und uns sehr auf diese Untekunft gefreut. Leider hat dann die Unterkunft 24 Stunde vor Anreise uns die 2 Zimmer die wir gebucht haben, storniert, mit der Begründung das dort Baumaßnahmen statt finden. Ich wurde zwar per Email am Tag vor der Anreise morgens informiert und gefragt ob man uns bei der Suche nach einer alternativen Unterkunft helfen kann. Da ich im Urlaub aber nicht ständig meine Emails kontrolliere, erfuhr ich also erst am Abend vor der Anreise davon. Was für uns natürlich sehr ärgerlich war. Wenn 2 Zimmer von Baumaßnahmen betroffen sind, glaube ich daß man das nicht erst ein Tag vor Vermietung dieser Zimmer weiss...

Отличное месторасположение, близко всё:, пляж через дюны, пляж по хорошей, дороге, пляж оброрудованный. В шаговой доступности ресторан, кафе, множество магазинчиков, спар. Через пляж можно дойти до пирса, откуда отправляются кораблики к острову тюленей и где швартуются рыболовецкие суда. Про сам отель:маленький, камерный, очень чисто, красиво и опрятно. Прекрасные индивидуальные завтраки, горячие кексы(!!!), английский завтрак, фрукты. Небольшой прозрачный бассейн, постоянно чистится, работает фильтр. Деревянные шезлонги, солнце весь день, можно лечь в тень. У каждого номера есть стол и кресла на веранде. Вечером можно сидеть,пить чай (или) и смотреть как солнце садиться за горы. В номерах есть всё:холодильник, чайник, столовые приборы, халат, пушистые незастиранные полотенца.уборка тщательная ежедневная. У нас порывом ветра разбило банку с соком, тут же всё убрали, пол вымыли. Горячая вода и электричество круглосуточно. Wi-fi летает. Про безопасность: просто супер, не волнуйтесь. Очень приятные постояльцы, мы со всеми познакомились. Огромный привет хозяевам, мы обязательно вернёмся.

Rond de jaarwisseling 5 overnachtingen gehad met vriendin. Kamer was heel goed schoongemaakt. Lekker de ruimte en 2 handige kasten om spullen in te leggen. Badkamer voor Zuid Afrikaanse begrippen ook prima. Ontbijt was erg lekker en personeel/eigenaren heel vriendelijk. En niet te vergeten een top locatie

Жили в этом милом доме несколько дней! Уютно, красивая обстановка, замечательные ухоженные клумбы с цветами. Отличные завтраки у бассейна, с фруктами и сваренный кофе. В комнатах есть всё необходимое. Очень приветливые хозяева! 🥰 Рядом пляж, по которому ходили кушать в ресторанчики.
