It was a very nice stay in dev guest house, i had a very excellent experience with the staff and their hospitality. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom and toilet were well maintained and very clean. I highly recommend anyone visiting howrah to check them out they provide excellent service for the price.

The room was not as shown in the pictures while booking, and lift facilities was not there. Food we didn't apply.

Very hot no water arrangement in the hostel and the service was good i suggested please start ac it's already installed but not running due cost cutting etc

Overall good but Bedsheets and pilo cover not cleaning, Some room light not working, Bathroom light not working.

The location is so congested, crowded & dirty. In MMT the property shows 1295 square feet of room but it's not more than 125 square feet. Very small room for a family. Not worth it for a family stay. Also in the hotel there is no restaurant. You have to order through Zomato or Swiggy else the hotel people do not take online payment for food, they only ask u for cash. In the bathroom I accidentally saw a scorpion. Really so scary for my family.

The stay was good but he did not understand anything, they would charge the maximum for the minimum amount also and not satisfied no lift also i have patience with me but no room at ground floor. How to avail

Excellent stay for solo traveller in dormatery i stayed for one night bathroom and beds are very clean overall very best stay as i expected

It was mentioned that ac will be provided but after going there we were informed because of less booking we are not providing. Even 2 more people asked for the same but we were asked to upgrade the booking by paying extra 1k or 500 rupees for ac in the same room.
