Vienna International Hotel Huaihua Ziyuan

We chose this hotel because it was an international hotel (generally better at handling foreigners) in a seeming obscure town and it advertised western breakfast. We booked two rooms one day in advance. First of all, no issues with rooms themselves. They were clean and comfortable. However, the 入住 check-in service was really bad. As soon as I walked in with my wife we were met with almost disgust on the face of the desk clerk, as if we were in the wrong place. It was like they weren’t ready to receive foreign guests or even wanted them. We never received a smile from one desk clerk. After we finally got room keys, I spent nearly one hour and half registering with the foreign liaison. It was really a lot of trouble. Furthermore, the advertisement on Trip dot com says western breakfast but it was all chinese food. I would not recommend this hotel to any foreign person in China.

Physically the hotel was fine: clean, smelled nice and the rooms were adequate. It is an “international hotel” and we had reservations. When we walked into the lobby, we were met with scowling faces and it seemed like the person who was checking us in wasn’t very happy we were there. Not sure if it’s because we were foreigners or she was just having an off day, but we did not feel welcomed and the registration process was difficult.

這家酒店地理位置極佳，離高鐵站僅15分鐘距離，旁邊就是舞水河，這條美麗的河流在清明時節雨紛紛的日子裏顯得格外迷人。 站在房間的窗前，可以看到舞水河被霧氣籠罩，若隱若現，彷彿一幅流動的畫卷。在細雨中，舞水河的水面泛起一層薄薄的霧氣，美得讓人心醉。

酒店離高鐵站近，酒店周邊是都別墅，懷化本地湘菜館很多，娛樂項目也很多，前台美女服務很好，客房是落地窗，外面景觀挺好的。早餐湯米粉也挺好吃的。

酒店很容易找，跟着導航走就行，整體環境很不錯，帶些孩子一起，房間很大，也很安靜，有早餐，有停車位，免費停車。

上次來懷化住過廷泊酒店，位置比較偏，想在酒店周邊找個吃飯的地方都沒有，衹能叫外賣，很不方便。這次選擇住維也納國際酒店，這家酒店周邊餐飲，足浴，采耳，唱歌等康樂項目一應俱全。 前台美女服務非常熱情、細緻周到。房間內不僅融入了當地文化美景元素，還貼心的介紹了當地的特色旅遊景點，房間有擺放酒店的公眾號二維碼點擊進去就有懷化的旅遊攻略。看得出來這家店管理挺用心的，最重要的是酒店地理位置極佳，離高鐵站僅15分鐘距離。

設施：好好 衞生：很好 環境：不錯 服務：很好 出來旅遊要住的舒服，這是連續三天住不同地方的維也納，這一家的早餐最豐富，裝修風格統一，設施齊全，大落地窗很舒服，重點是房間都大大的，舒服，

當日，自行駕車11小時，行程900公里有餘，心想得找個稍好點的酒店入住，於是，在手機上通過攜程網多方篩選擇優而定了維也納國際酒店懷化河西紫園店，晚7點入住。第一感覺，服務周到。前台接待員熱情指引停車和迅速辦理入住手續。第二感覺，室內設施齊全，整潔乾淨。第三感覺，周邊環境很好，入住酒店後，稍事休息了便在附近的“重慶小麪”館飽餐一頓後，沿舞水河提散步半小時。第四感覺，早餐食材豐富，種類多且可口。

房間還可以的，景觀也很好，河景綠化都不錯，客服也可以態度很好，地下停車庫車位充足，唯一遺憾的是晚上太過嘈雜，唱歌的聲音晚上十點多了還不停，樓下大聲喧嘩一直到下半夜兩點半，而房間的兩扇透氣窗户無法關閉，衹能忍受噪音，萬幸衹住了一晚。
