The heated indoor swimming pool is really impressive. Hotel near lake and park is also a big plus for those who are holidaying.

Very good service, my family encountered our passport/ID/bag self “sleep walking” problem, but the hotel was able to help us to relocate and retrieve them, very grateful! Staffs are extremely helpful and rapid response, will definitely recommended! Come anytime, if there is any trouble they will help !

Even though the hotel is ageing but the conditions is good, Room is comfortable and clean except the water pressure during showering seems weak.

The entire experience was amazing, the front desk staff helped us arrange everything. The bartender can whip up a great cocktail! It was a nice and relaxing stay for my family!❤️❤️❤️

Crowne Plaza Huangshan Yucheng both check in and check out were very quick. We enjoyed spending time in the cocktail bar where the staff were very polite and friendly. Also the hotel travel service answered many questions about the city and places to visit which made our stay most enjoyable. Hong Griffiths.
