Huangshan Qinman Resort Hotel

Room is superb huge and clean with bath tub. However the front desk staff attitude should be improved. The check-in experience was bad. Other staff attitude was good and friendly.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding couldn’t have been better. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and fantastic. Miss 引颖 from reception was perfect! Thank you ! She made sure everything was ready for us, the pick up from the scenic area, the hot springs, the dinner and breakfast, she kindly served tea and candies and messaged us to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is spotless,beautiful, comfortable and elegant the location is convenient and the Chinese food is nice. Such a great choice for Huangshan scenic area. Room is spacious(50m2). Service is exceptional good. The hotel provides free shuttle services to Huangshan Scenic bus transfer center. I am also surprised to learn that they provided laundry service for free. They provided free luggage storage when we were in the mountain. we only had one dinner at the hotel which Hui style dishes. We liked them. At the end, two gift packages are provided.

I have just returned from a three day stay at Huangshan Qinman Resort Hotel and enjoyed every moment. The room was spaceous and spotlessly clean with a huge circular bathtub as well as an excellent rain shower. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and check in was super quick. As it was -2--4 outside the AC and underfloor heating made the room comfortable in minutes as we settled in to enjoy some tea and welcome snacks. Breakfast was served in our room and arrived looking like a banquet fit for a king! Very many small dishes rangine from Sweet Potato, egg, cakes, noodles, shu mei and Baozi. Definitely enough to set you up for a days hiking on Yellow Mountain. The staff were very helpful in pointing out where we should go on the mountain and what was best to see. They also provided us with a car ride to catch the bus to the cablecar and also to and from the main town at night so we could have dinner out. On returning each night we were presented with a traditional dessert and some fruits. Huangshan Qinman Resort Hotel also has hot springs and we made use of these each night. After a few minutes to get used to the spring we would be greeted with Tea and some light snacks which was wonderful. As we checked out shortly after breakfast on the last morning we were presented with some gift boxes of local cakes. A lovely guesture. I can highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I was made to feel so welcome and would happily stay here again next time I visit Huangshan.

酒店位置很好，設施一流，房間整潔乾淨，智能設計，大型投影屏幕吸引眼睛，私人泡湯簡直是無與倫比，甚麼時候也可以泡。早餐點心十分好。 服務人員態度好，用心幫助我們計劃行程，協助安排酒店/景點接送往返。 特別感謝管家穎穎悉心照顧，由入住前到入住後都提供協助，令我感到賓至如歸。另外，清潔姨姨工作態度認真及友善，令我們感覺溫暖，我相信我和太太會再來重遊，希望酒店保持這優秀的水準！

不得不表揚管家小姐姐慧慧，服務太貼心了，前期就加微信提醒預約門票，規劃路線，到店後還幫忙免費升級了房間，整個酒店私密性很好，特色温泉和豐富的早餐都給家人們留下了深刻的印象，都誇酒店訂的好，下次來黃山還是會選擇沁漫，大大的贊👍

房間很滿意 新 乾淨 地理位置好可以開窗通風 第二次來沁漫了 上次住的是小一點的房間 也很不錯 所以這次帶家人定了豪華房 微信服務非常貼心 接送上下山 整個酒店的細節也很感人 一次馬桶墊 浴缸套 硬件軟件都比我住過的很多連鎖都要好 關鍵 餐廳超級好吃😋下次入住肯定還會選擇這家！

酒店整體很很精緻，洗漱用品，酒店設備都是最好的。我們上山前幫我們存了行李，接送到換乘中心，我們登山回到酒店泡個温泉，解解乏，爽歪歪。酒店有餐廳，做的東西很好吃，有洗衣房，烘乾機。謝謝員工慧慧的接待，看到我們鞋都濕了，立馬拿了烘鞋器。酒店給我們帶來了很好的體驗，會推薦。

因為帶着長者小孩，所以特地選了兩房一廳，酒店的管家小姐姐提前一週就聯繫我們，並且問清楚有什麼需要提前準備好，這點就很好。等到我們要到黃山的那一天，管家慧慧小姐姐一大早就問我們到達時間，我們到店的時候一邊幫忙拿行李一邊跟我們介紹酒店的大概…剛開始沒留意原來房間還有私人温泉，等看到房間的時候，家裡人都很滿意…住的這幾晚大家都泡了温泉，特別是爬完黃山回來泡一泡，特別解乏…酒店的管家小姐姐也特別好，第一天見我們沒及時吃早餐，還會特地發訊息問用不用送到房間…也會提醒泡温泉前跟他們説一聲，然後每次就會有負責保潔的阿姨過來幫忙清潔泡池然後再幫忙放水，跟我們確定爬黃山的時間後，還會提醒我們不用買雨衣和登山杖，酒店會有提供…酒店五一期間剛好有個徽州剪紙體驗親子研學活動，前台的小姐姐還特意打電話發訊息邀請我們參加，請來的研學老師還特別專業又親切…等離店那天，酒店還有黃山特產燒餅送給我們做手信。總的來説，是一家很有温度的民宿酒店，環境很不錯，服務也很貼心😄😄
