This hotel is far beyond my expectation.
Their kindness started since our first day staying with them. We arrived Huashan 9am in the morning, and we just needed to leave our luggages with them, then find some places to visit, but the owner showed her warm welcome by allowing us to check in our rooms.
She was also being sincere for the discounted huashan ticket price which save us alot. She also gave us a ride and dropped us at the entrance of Mt. Huashan. Once we finished the climbing, her car is ready to pick up us back to the hotel. What an impressive service we could ask for.
She will always make sure we had a delicious dinner while staying with her by recommending a nice restaurant, not a scam ones.
Communication was never be a problem withbthe ownere or any of her cousins as we use google translator to make it work.

The room was wide and clean. The owner very friendly and helpful. She can't speak english but so much passion to take care us. We contact via wechat, she was very fast response and good managed for help us to booking huashan tickets. Free service about pick up-drop off during stay for 2 nights. Their driver also nice and service. The hotel located away from Huashan north railway station (15 mins by car).

Great stay! The guys went out of their way to make my stay great - pickup/drop-off from the station, took me to the start of the hike + were very generous at both breakfast and dinner!
Great value if you want to stay near Huashan!

This hotel is warm welcome from Jiejie host. She is really energetic, warm service and suggests everythings which is great deal like booking ticket for us to visiting Huashan, pick up-drop off service. The hotel was great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful! They will pick you up from and drop you off at the railway station! If you have any questions about the mountain, they can help! The room was clean and the amenities were great!

Despite my late arrival, Nini showcased extraordinary hospitality. She prepared delicious food and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable.

Greatly impressed and absolutely satisfied with our stay here. The owner / manager Shi and her family members were extremely friendly and helpful, they did their best to help us, independent foreign toursits traveling to China for the first time, to have successful and unforgettable experiences with our hike to Mt Huashan. Everything is perfect for us: location, facilities of the hotel, free service of picking up, dropping off at train station, Huashan visitor Center, buying online in advance for us all necessary tickets for our hike to Mt Huashan next day,… Certainly I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends when they travel to Huashan.
