Nice hotel in the center of Hue, within walking distance of walking street & the imperial city. Try the spa, the treatments are really good but spa bed’s are among the best in the world.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Sadly, good things ended here. Room that I’d was on the second floor. It’s quite run-down and strange design. It had a giant kind size bed with little space to walk around. Dresser had a loud squeaky sound whenever I opened it. Outside AC units were so loud that I couldn’t fall sleep. I even shut my room’s AC.! Luckily, I brought a pair of earplugs. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

房間很大！非常大！這一點很好。早餐種類豐富而且好吃👍酒店不遠處就有順化市區的重要購物中心，有很大的超市。步行距離內有好吃的餐館。

Our room was of adequate size and we paid extra for a balcony-view was ok. Their breakfast buffet was very varied and beautifully arranged-the most extensive we saw anywhere in our 30 days in Vietnam. Their jacuzzi was delightful -open from 4-7. Location was good: near banks and restaurants. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Visited and stayed two night during stay at Hui. I would say that the hotel is good value for money. On the plus side staff very good. We visited the spa both for the free Jacuzzi 4-7 pm and also had a massage which was very good. Room was ok in size and function. On the negative side they were still cleaning it when we arrived but was ok. We had some free fruit. Room was ok but no bed side table on left hand side . Bath also had an overhead shower and was not the easiest to get into / out. Overall ok. Breakfast was sufficient - had an omelette man. Overall ok for the money but apart from staff and spa not a wow.
