NH一如既往的服務，價格實惠，周邊餐廳超市應有盡有，離長途車站10分鐘步行。下次還是這裏了。

The location was excellent, right in the city centre. We found the hotel lovely and relaxing. The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. We asked for a walk in shower rather than a bath and that was provided to us. We would stay at this hotel again

This was our second stay in this hotel, which says a lot because had it been bad the first time, there would have not been a second. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and well kept and the hotel is in the city center. Normally, we avoid eating in hotel restaurants, preferring to explore and check out our options. But, after an aborted meal at the mediocre asian restaurant across the street, we decided to try the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised and had a very good meal along with some entertaining conversation with the waiter. He recommended the house red which turned out to be an excellent organic Murciano wine, and a bargain at that.

Nice hotel in the centre of Mercia.
All good apart from too expensive to park(23E/night) and too expensive for a do to stay(20E/night).
Apart from this very good location and helpful staff.

Excellent accommodation in a city centre at great value for money. Air conditioned, executive rooms with comfortable beds and desk area. I will definitely be visiting again the next time we are in the area. Car parking within a few minutes walk. Recommended

This was our 3rd time staying here and there’s likely been a change of management since June 2022. Generally still great - clean, blackout curtains, comfy bed, friendly staff. We had one minor issue with our door not being able to lock properly. Reception was informed twice, once we even spoke with the on-site caretaker but they ended up not fixing the door and we had to find a way to make sure it was securely locked. There were multiple parties happening at the time of our stay so they may have been particularly busy. The best thing is how close the hotel is from the large department store.

Nicely positioned hotel, right opposite El Corte Inglais. The appeal to us was that they had an adjacent secure underground car park. We stayed on a Friday night, very busy city, but nice, and you feel quite safe. Good breakfast, the cost with parking was 163 Euros, which we thought was quite expensive, but didn't have any other options. Would stay again.

Very helpful staff, who gave me a warm welcome and recommended tourist sights around the city. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location, away from the old part of the city was very convenient and there was no traffic noise to disturb my sleep.

Fine room and very friendly and helpful at the counter! On the streets quite some noise which kept us awake a bit at night. For the rest all fine, clean and comfortable. Location is great near the city centre.
