I wish I could give it zero stars booked this hotel for two rooms only to check out within less than an hour this hotel is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs And ‘s full of mold Manager is no help at all tried to rip me off and said they couldn’t refund and only refunded because of the fact that I stated that I’m calling the city of humble on them

Soon as you walk into the doors you get hit with a great smell like fruity smell. I told the manager Mary it smells so good in here. Mary was honestly very respectful and understanding check in went smoothly they do have a $20 deposit that you’ll have to pay by card. Indoor pool was closed the day I arrived all that day due to cleaning. The next day it opened and stayed open til 12 that night. Full hot Breakfast was served from 5:30-9:30am first night we was served eggs, boudin links, sausage links it was fully hot and good. Next morning we received sasuage(gravy) n biscuits. Housekeepers only knew Spanish. They have barbecue pits out on patio for customers to use. PLEASE BE CAREFUL GETTING ON Elevator while pool is open. Floor was wet on elevators.

The lady at the front desk was great but I contacted the property twice and was assured even a name of driver but when I landed there was no shuttle service and I had to pay an Uber $22.00 to get to the hotel. I’m pretty furious

The entire hotel was without warm water so no showers for us. Were not offered a discount let alone told there was no warm water available.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. There was no shuttle because they didn’t have a driver. I slept $50 on Uber to get back and forth. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known the shuttle would be unavailable.

Reasonable place to stay and handy to airport area. Was clean and comfortable. Staff were good, but check in was a bit painful as the reception guy was struggling with a new system. Overall a good hotel.

Pro- Property was close to airport
Staff were pleasant, however looked like customers rather than staff. Company should give uniforms or have dress code.
Con- hotel is right next to a very busy freeway at all hours
Hotel is old, water tap in tub ran water the entier stay.

The hotel is in a good location for shopping and that is why we picked it. We were caught a bit off guard when we found out the shuttle from the airport doesn’t run during all airport hours, it runs like 7 am to 3 pm, but not completely sure of these times so you would want to check if needing a shuttle.

This hotel advertised that it had free airport shuttle but it was not available to pick us up or drop us off. We had to use a taxi and Uber. This was an extra cost that we didn’t expect.
