Safe clean and convenient family friendly locale with hot breakfast. Great place to stop if you’re passing through. Note: pool is under construction.

Only complaint I would give was pool closed and breakfast could be better other then that great location and hotel and staff

Everything was great except for bed. The bed was one of the worst beds I have slept on in a long time. My wife and I both struggled to go to sleep. I ended up sleeping on the couch for the last few hours of the morning.

We were in need of a quick change of hotel, and this place delivered! The staff was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was tasty. Everything about this place was excellent. Plus, it was only about 20 minutes from the Charlotte airport. Would stay again!

My husband and I stay at this hotel every year as we drive to Florida. An excellent hotel and excellent dining options within walking distance. This year we were extremely impressed with the free Happy Hour. Vinny, the gentleman running the Happy Hour was the nicest person ever and took great care of us. I wouldn’t consider any other hotel on our drive down to Florida!

Arrived planning a night of swimming with my 7 year old. Pool closed. Didn’t say that when booking. All ice machines were down except first floor - we were on the 5th. Room was supposed to be a 1 bedroom suite. It didn’t have a door. Would avoid!

We were trying to avoid a storm. They were super accommodating especially for a family at 5. Made sure we had everything we needed especially since we were checking in after midnight

The only reason I gave mine and my sister’s experience two stars is because we booked our stay at this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and indoor hot tub. We were very disappointed to find out it was being renovated and we were not told before our stay. Not that this had anything to do with staff or anything but the people above us definitely had a child running around from 10:30pm to 12:00am and I cannot sleep. It was very frustrating.

Pools and hot tub closed. Bed hard as a cement block had to go to Target and buy down-filled mattress cover. Heater blew out cold air at night and it was in the 30's.Construction filled hallway with so much dust almost couldn't find room. Eggs undedcooked. Oatmeal like soupy milk. We stayed here 3 times last year because none of this was the case. We had loved it. Irregardless staff is wonderful.
