Good overall. Friendly front desk staff. Good size room. Pretty clean. Great Mexican restaurant and bar walking distance across the street. The worst thing was the breakfast. There was barely any food left. The milk jug for cereal had watery milk in it. Tables were dirty. We got there with about 45 minutes remaining, so go very early if you want a good breakfast.

The hotel had signs everywhere saying it was smoke free but the halls stunk of smoke. The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and the layout was bizarre. The sink was in the common sleeping area rather than in the bathroom... Not a great design if traveling with others. Breakfast was not good but nice that they provided something.

I didn’t care for the room the bathroom was to small You could not turn around in it the cable network was bad really didn’t have many channels that was watchable. The fees wasn’t explained correctly when booking through You. We checked out and was charged because I just wasn’t comfortable. I had to pay $72 for be uncomfortable. I traveled to far for that.

We came to Charlotte for a George Strait concert and chose this hotel bc it was a good enough distance away from the venue and the price was great compared to others. Our room was clean, it felt cool and crisp when we walked in the room which we loved and if there were people in the rooms next to us, we had no idea. It was quiet and comfortable. Loved the bed! Room had a nice layout (king bed room).I rated everything excellent because there was nothing wrong with our stay (and I also would NEVER rate a hotel poorly because of the noise of others) It is not the staff’s fault if inconsiderate, loud ass people stay at the hotel. Ladonna and Keisha were so nice and very accommodating. They are 5 stars as well .

It is very near the highway. Good and safe place for overnight stay. I accidentally left my bag during breakfast at the dining chair and went to my room. Thankfully, it was still there when I came back 10 minutes later. It was a busy day and there were a lot of guests coming and going.

Wish i could get my money back Honestly had to change rooms 3 times because all rooms were dirty when in the computer the guy checking me said they said they were clean.
Very hot muggy hotel and has a smell to it . Carpet is dingy looking.

Property itself is very nice. Our U-Haul was stolen from the parking lot so if you’re hailing please be sure to get a hitch lock or something!
