Went into the room with it not being cleaned up. It was too expensive for what we got. Laundry didn't work. Charged me $150 out of no where.

Was pleasantly surprised so close to the shopping Mall, REALLY NICE RESTAURANTS and Costco!!!

Hotel was nice. Staff were very friendly. The room was basic but comfortable. The bar and grille was nice and the food and service were great. The kids loved the pool and it was great that it was heated.

Convenient location for us off the freeway. The staff is so nice and accommodating. We stayed two nights and we were NOT comfortable in our double beds room the first night. The beds were awful, but luckily, the staff helped us to move to a king room (same floor) and we slept sooo much better the next night. The walls are a little thin, unfortunately. Need to walk a bit to get to food, but it was great being close to an outdoor mall with fun and delicious options. Check out the ice cream place there called Somi Somi. And a cute little village with international eats and shops next door. I would stay here again.

The indoor pool was amazing! The Hotel is
an excellent safe place to stay.There are restaurants and a shopping mall right across the street. The rooms were clean and quiet! The staff is professional, courteous and dedicated to make sure every guest has a pleasant stay!

Had a pleasant stay other than one problem I had with my room, my door would move as if someone was trying to open it, maybe a draft? Now, I’m not a light sleeper so this didn’t wake me through the night and I’m not sure if it’s a problem with all other rooms, it was on the 5th floor

The bathroom sink and shower drain were somewhat clogged and slow draining. I reported it to the front desk and they said it would be taken care of. The room had some minor paint marks on the ceiling and walls. However, the staff was excellent and the hotel was very quiet.
