You need to pay for the internet in your room. While I paid for the internet for 5 days, it was not working for at least a total time of 1.5 days and I was waiting everyday for them to fix it. Nevertheless, the facilities are clean, it's a nice and calm area to be at. It is important to note that address on the trip.com is not correct! while I had many issues with the room, the team was willing to help and at the end of the stay allowed to check out a little bit later.

The suites are spacious and clean and fantastic value for the price. The staff are fantastic and will help you with anything you need. A special thank you to the two Khaleds and Islam who helped us a lot. Khaled helped us on numerous occasions from dropping us to the security gate in the Tuktuk to sorting out any general issues with the rooms. Fantastic place, would definitely visit again.
