Bardzo fajny hotel,jestem tu drugi raz,jedzenie bardzo dobre,obsługa profesjonalna, pokoje czyste, atrakcje: duży i mały basen, morze w koło hotelu ,plaża , piękne widoki,alejki spacerowe w koło zielenina,kwiaty, pływanie łodzią,kajaki ,wiele innych dodatkowych atrakcji.napewno jeszcze tu wrócimy 😊 polecamy

Sultan Bey is a compact, very cozy hotel, perfectly located oasis at lagoon. With a lot of taste decorated place, really good restaurant. Very clean everywhere, green and a lot of blossom, feeling safe, spacious room, nice terrace, perfect sleeping matras. Everyone is friendly and professional and doing the best to provide you a perfect vacation in a great mood. Thanks a lot!!! Very quiet place with a nice guest as wel. The weather in januari was warm enough. Our tip : recommend us by the reception a “diamond taxi” driver Pica was top! We wanted to see Hurghada en he brought us to the different nice spots in the town. Was not expensive and very interesting and efficient))). The second option for the beach, 5min with a boat is also fine. Another experience, sea beach with a lot of fish in the water. We like this vacation week and we’ll try to come back once.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Sultan Bey Hotel, El Gouna. The assistant manager Rafik was courteous and checked on us on a daily basis. The staff at the hotel were amazing, so attentive and always polite. Our room was lovely and always clean and well maintained by Gormer on a daily basis. There was plenty of excursions available but as we were there for only a week we just did the one which took us around the bays of El Gouna city which was great. Plenty of options with the food which was varied and amazing. As said the staff were all great and the bar manager Hanna was exceptional. The only issue we had, was when our bathroom bulb needed replacing and asked Andrew at reception and this was done immediately by the maintenence staff who are on call 24/7. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. All in all thank you Sultan Bey for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely vacation 👍Cosy hotel,awesome lagoon view,friendly staff,tasty food,relaxing wonderful atmosphere You can ride boat or go snorkeling, you can also kayak Downtown is very near , just walk some steps ElGouna is really awesome place,highly recommended 🌊⛱️

Sultan bey is one of the best hotels in gouna, very cozy, welcoming & staff are very helpful they got me medicines at 5 am 🙈 & the location is perfect to reach downtown or any other destination 🙏🏻 I stayed there in 2015, 2024 & definitely this will not be my last stay there.

Sultan Bey was our only option while booking during Eid El Fitr and we were greeted with warmth from Bishoy at the front office. The hotel is small, clean, and very close to everything you need (supermarkets, restaurant, pharmacy, etc). Check-In and Checkout were very smooth and fast. The room was good, however, there are several things that could be done to improve. Bed needs extra pillows, room needs extra lighting, and the WC needs to be maintained. Breakfast quality and varieties were good. If you are going by car, its better to park and then commute inside El Gouna by TukTuk. Parking spots are very limited and the area is densely populated. I would book Sultan Bey again, but I hope management would take the review into consideration.

Very good experience Premium location(down town ) Food is delicious Team was very nice ,helpful,welcoming Special thanks for the dedication and hospitality of " Ramez "at the restaurant and for " RORO" they joker lady who serves with love and kindness My only concern is the old toilet need to be renovated and the uncomfortable pillows Love the experience and will be my favourite future spot in Gouna
