Old Palace Resort to niesamowite miejsce - plaża, baseny, all inclusive (jeśli płacisz dodatkowo), a personel jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny - nic nie jest zbyt wielkim problemem. Już przedłużyłem swój pobyt o 2 noce i chciałbym zostać dłużej. Na pewno wrócę tu ponownie?

To nasz pierwszy wyjazd do Egiptu , chociaż nasz angielski jest bardzo kiepski ze wszystkimi się udało dogadać. Każdy jest przemiły uśmiechnięty nasz pobyt był w dniach 21-28.03.2024 r . pokój nr 4015 . Spotkaliśmy bardzo miłego Pana Abdelruhman tóry codziennie sprzątał nam pokój i donosił butelkowe napoje i wodę , robił cuda z ręczników , które codziennie po powrocie z plaży nas zaskakiwały a czystość była na najwyższym poziomie .W restauracji spotkaliśmy kucharza co grilował pyszne potrawy i codziennie nęcił zapachami , a kelnerzy donosili wszytsko co chcieliśmy i byli wiecznie mili i uśmiechnięci . Nie można też zapomnieć o panu z rejestracji który pomagał gdy tylko czegoś potrzebowaliśmy bądź wyjeżdżaliśmy na wycieczki z hotelu .Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu .

Hotel bardzo dobry bardzo smaczne jedzenie pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane obsługa bardzo miła grupa animacyjna bardzo dobra polecam jechać z nimi na dyskotekę do hurghady pilarza i baseny czyste hotel w fajnej lokalizacji można pospacerować , jeszcze raz polecam :-)

I booked the Chalet, and it is super convenient for families from 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults and it was nearby the heated pool, kids pool, jacuzzi and main restaurant. I spent four nights and I found that everything about this place exceeded my expectations. It is polygamizing , keeping attention to the smallest details, and outstanding service in every aspect. The management team Mr.Bishoy Albert the duty manager was very delighted to welcome us and make birthday celebrations as a complementary gift The animation team is very friendly and professional. Many thanks to Jolia the animation team leader for her amazing work especially with my kids. The restaurant staff was so friendly and supportive, many thanks to Mr. Ahmed Mahmoud and his team for their efforts to make every day different types of food. I will definitely go there again and again whenever possible. Many thanks to the Old Palace resort management and staff for this wonderful experience.

Actually the place doesn't include alot of kids' stuff but the sea and the pool are nice, you can play water polo in the pool which has two fixed nets. You can also rent a bike or golf cart (there's a road for this activities and it's long enough). You can also play volley. There are many markets from which you can buy whatever stuff you need (food, drinks, water suits, etc..). There's also an evening party which might be not suitable for a child. I believe that's all you can do there so you can judge by yourself is it suitable or not. :)

Amazing hotel super clean very friendly staff and waiters food are awesome the all inclusive is super nice beverages and snacks on pool was amazing they have pinacplada and moujito which was the best drinks their ice coffee and cappuccino as much as you can I really recommend it shales are super nice Very nice beach with corals and fish in it you will enjoy snorkling

My husband an I have recently revisited the old palace, after coming here last year and it was just perfect! Beautiful hotel, gorgeous reception area, good food, very clean all over, our room especially was maintained to a very high standard daily by the cleaners. The gardens are beautiful! It’s very relaxing, and the beach is literally a two minute walk from the pool. We went parasailing, and also rented the smart little golf cars twice, and drove all the way around the area. The evening entertainment is good, and the room service good too! The staff were amazing, but out very special thanks, go to the amazing Mohammed Atya, and Karam from the inside lobby bar, for their outstanding service, they were both exceptionally welcoming, kind, and couldn’t do enough for us, and that really does make anyones holiday!! We are very grateful. We will be planning our 3rd visit back to the hotel, very soon! Highly recommended

Very unprofessional reception staff with unfriendly attitude they were the worst thing about the trip otherwise the food was amazing with so many different choices and very big thanks to the amazing cheif and all his team members also thanks for the amazing entertainment team for the lovely spirit and very cool programs please change your service desk staff and the hotel will be perfect

I loved my time at the Old Palace Resort. The staff from the person who greeted us at reception, Alha was very friendly and helped us to our room. We did change rooms but the process was nice and easy and we were given options to which room we wanted to change to, at a cost. The resort is perfect if you want to stay within the hotel, it has a shop for all your necessities as well as gifts and souvenirs! There is a taxi service and cash machine within the hotel and everything you need at your doorstep. The pool area was clean and food was to a high standard with different varieties and sweets to choose from. The highlight of the resort has to be the staff that work there. Special thank you to Ahmed Gad in the dining area who was very attentive and always greeted my 18 month old son. Also our chef Hany Salah who always had a smile on his face when seeing all the guests. The a**osphere in this hotel is perfect if you want a relaxing getaway!
