The Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt).
Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant.
The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too.
The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable.
If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel.
If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to enjoy the ever present sunshine then the Regina could be for you.

酒店有泳池沙灘，設施非常多，但唯一不足的係很舊，水龍頭花灑壞咗都噴晒水出嚟都沒有維修，但早餐非常豐富，只係服務人員態度比較差，包括餐廳及前台都係一樣，但在埃及這是好普通的事！

帶孩子玩水去的，酒店就在鬧市區，出去逛逛，找點吃的很方便。游泳池很大，孩子們玩的很開心，下次有機會還會選擇這個酒店！

設施非常破舊，房間採光很差，服務人員態度也很差，整個環境讓人感覺很不安全，嚴重的圖文不符，不推薦入住！！！

性價比的選擇。離市區比較近。食物太粗糙了，奶酪都是植物油劣質奶酪。海灘漂亮，就是推銷人員太多了。考慮價格還不錯

Hotel ma dobre położenie w centrum Hurgady z bardzo ładnym zadbanym ogrodem. Znajduje się blisko mariny, meczetu oraz dużej ilości sklepów. Pokoje są czyste i codziennie sprzątane. Obsługa jest bardzo miła, zwlaszcza zespół animatorów stara się by pobyt upłynął przyjemnie. Plaża jest mała, ale codziennie sprzątana z dobrą bazą wypadową na morskie wycieczki i nurkowanie. Leżaki na plaży są wygodne i jest ich stosunkowo dużo. Minusem hotelu jest wyżywienie. Mały wybór zwłaszcza dań mięsnych i owoców w porównaniu do innych hoteli all in będzie niektórym przeszkadzał. Minusem jest również rygorystyczne przestrzeganie oferty all in. Jeśli przyjeżdżasz w nocy, opaskę otrzymasz najwcześniej o 10 rano dlatego nie masz co liczyć na śniadanie. Tak samo jest z wymeldowaniem o 12. Na szczęście Mcdonalds jest naprzeciwko ;) Jesli chodzi o hotelowy basen to obecnie jest bardzo zimny i prawie nikt z niego nie korzysta, ale za to jest czysty. Ostatnią kwestią jest liczba osób proponujących wszelkiego rodzaju wycieczki, masaże itp. Tego jest po prostu za dużo. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie, mam nadzieję że będzie tylko lepiej.
