Was a lovely hotel, the workers were always eager to find a solution to help. Maybe as a add one a washing clothes service, would be nice.

Wir hatten ein schönes Doppel- und Einzelzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück hat alles unser Herz bzw. Magen begehrt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Wir waren begeistert und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal. 😄 Danke für alles. 😃😃😃😃😃

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Schickes, sauberes Hotel in guter Lage. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort. Gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis.

Dicht gelegen bij Phantasialand, dus een plus...
Gelegen in industriegebied, dus geen mooie omgeving voor meerdere dagen.
Zeer onvriendelijk dame van de keuken. Ontbijtbuffet werd met morrend protest continue 'goed' gezet omdat de gasten niet alles precies terug legden... (bv een vork die omgekeerd gelegd werd bij de kaas...)
Dan ook bij vertrek van ontbijt zeer onvriendelijke opmerking van dezelfde dame dat we één suiker sandwich niet opgegeten was die we per abuis genomen hadden ipv een croissant. Dit terwijl we al de rest netjes hadden opgegeten en de tafel proper achter lieten.
Keukenpersoneel kan dus heel veel beter... Daar moet men intern toch eens over spreken. Onacceptabel om als gast zo behandeld te worden...
